We ordered a part and they were supposed to send a text when the part came in ...never received a message, so I called to check on ot and they were rude and unprofessional ...the part wasn't there, and it should have been, I was told they would let us know when it does come in..they never did..my husband goes in again to check it finally there and was told it had been there ..gets the part home and it is Not the correct part . They ordered the wrong part. Goes to take it back and then was charged a little extra to order the correct part...UM NO...they should have to pay the extra , there should be no extra charge because of their mistakes.
I live auto zone I have 3 stores I consider to be my home store. One is ElDorado AR. also Crossett AR. and last but not least is Farmerville LA. All offer great service and are always helpful. The stores are clean and they generally have the part you need at a good price. Karen Kingrey
AutoZone has a worker that is very rude she never wants to get up to do her job very sassy she broke something off of my car and lied as if it been broke and it haven’t been broke she knows she done it she had attitude before even walking out of the store to do her job then once before one of my family members went into the store couldn’t find anything she didnt attempt to get up to go show her she is very lazy as well has a bad reputation around when it comes to her job i felt mistreated and i bought a battery from them she said my mechanic changed the battery lied on him i paid for warranty on the battery
Had good service the workers very helpful and tell you what would be better to put on your car or answer every question for you. Some auto or car part places they let you rent tools out to you if you need it but don’t want to buy either
Helped right quickly.bought two batteries for different vehicles in two weeks. Today the second one was replaced by the employee at store. Very nice professional man. I'm glad this service is offered. They are behaving like they are always happy to see you.
The employee's were nice and friendly. If they didnt have a product in stock they would order it online and it would be just a overnight or two day wait. Whatever you need for your car Autozone is the place and I love there rewards card.
The staff here was extremely helpful and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They helped me get the parts to fix my issue with the note to only return if the issue wasn't resolved. Their knowledge turned into a resolved car issue and a bit of money saved as well. I couldn't ask for more.
