I visited the store on 07/03/25. The customer service was great and Mr. Wilson went over and beyond to help. The store was super clean and all employees were smiling and ready to help.
The place was very clean, and organized and the customer services were on point, I was able to get everything I needed and wanted. I was very happy with my experience.
Called and asked them to hold a rack and pinion as it was the only one they had. Offered to pay and they said they would just hold it. Went in to pick it up and they sold it will never do business with them again!!!!!
I USE TO LOVE THE COMPANY UP UNTIL I BOUGHT A MOTOR IN FARMERVILLE LOUISIANA STORE 2120 BEN HENDERSON MANAGER AND AVION DISTRICT MANAGERS BOTH LAUGHTS AND JOKED FOR 5 MONTS. That place needs a face lift.
Awesome helpful workers and even co worker is new said I really or don’t know to give correct info to give other worker notices the struggle and step up told the right way and also have ask other mechanic been around I am wrong I buy the part? Ok but that worker knew and told better way to do something also gave 2 ways to fix it
Called before hand said that they had the part. Got there and wasn't sure what part 1 of 3 were the correct one. For the thermostat o-ring gasket. 1.60$ each. So he gave me the gaskets. Note. I am a very good customer with having four vehicles. And loyal customer.
Can't say that it would go the same way for anyone else. But I guarantee you that you will be treated like l was and you will be taking care of promptly.
These guys always hook me up. They always help me find the part I need at a decent price. I've had no problems with any of the parts I've purchased so far.
Most of the time they either have your part or can order it but tbeor emoyees dont a t as if tbey know how to operate the computers to look up your part
