Would have left 0 stars but it doesn't give you the option, I was returning a tool i purchased because I wasn't able to use it. The parts clerk his name is Rush made an antisemitic remark about the star of David I have tattooed on my hand and he just thought it was hilarious , I told him he was being racist and he said he didn't care . Do not do business with these people, I will never give any of my money to autozone again because the HR dept gave me an unheartfelt apology.
Decided to stop by and get a new battery for my truck. The manager was very helpful. He looked up my vehicle, showed me what my options were, and installed the battery for me! Very friendly and helpful!
Buddy system in this store. Doesn’t matter how hard you work , how good you are at sales , it’s just not enough if you aren’t a buddy! Highly recommend traveling to a different autozone or just stop by oreilys
Avery the general manager is very inconsiderate and comes off arrogant and rude.l order parts that took days longer than promised. I have a commercial account and I had to come there and drive a hour to find out my parts were not delivered and get a refund and nonchalant apology. Ben the parts sales manager is also, very rude when ask what happen with my parts he told me he didn't delivered them. I personally am livid and disgusted with their service.
I had gotten stopped for a light out. Went here to get a new one and he even put it on. What great service. He was happy to help me unlike most places that could care less if you even bought anything.
Our neighborhood Auto Zone is the best in Louisiana, I mean the whole state of Louisiana. From the management to the workers. They are so attentive to all their customers. Having no respect of person. Thank you for your service.
Excellent. The store in Rayville had exactly what I needed, and installed a new battery in my truck very quickly and efficiently. Courteous staff and knowledgeable about the products. Very impressed.
What a wonderful store you have. Jarred was so helpful and friendly. He really explained what I had to do. And was very patient with me. I will definitely see him again if I have anymore issues.
went to exchange car breaks I made the mistake the young man found I had told them it was the wrong make he got me straight in 10 minutes and was out the door with the right park, great customer service
Came in to get things for an oil change, everything was in stock, clean and organized. The staff was friendly and well put together. If you need parts and are in the area get it here.
I don't know what that other lady is talking about because Jarred and the rest of the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. That's why I always come back.
Went in to talk with Jared about renting a tool. We all know that Autozone has the rental program. He discouraged us from renting the tool and said we could buy it cheaper. Why buy a tool that you are only going to use once. When we went back in to rent the tool after discussion with person wanting the tool, Jared refused to wait on us and walked to the back dismissing us with a wave of his hand. He was terribly rude and unprofessional. May be time to find a new auto parts store in the area or drive a bit further to Monroe. This was definitely not a thank you moment Autozone at all.
It was a great experience! I'm 60 and miss the craftmanship of a good parts person. I was strained. They didn't have the exact part. He was instrumental in trying to help me and get me going. He took out his tape measure and went to work. Watching him work allowed me to calm down. He found a workable solution. When i installed the part he offered me a place to clean up. This is some of what made America Great. Helping one another!!!!
They really help with anything you need. They looked at the problem in had and helped me find out exactly what I needed. They were super patient with me and I'm thankful cause I ain't the best mechanic ya know. I can do some stuff. They'll have basically whatever you need like for real. Even tools if you don't have the right one.
I was traveling thru, a light had come on in my car. So stopped to have car put on meter to get a code. Everyone was extra nice. My cat was in the car (my cats a cat from hell towards men!) The gentleman still happily helped me while putting up with an unhappy traveling cat, lol. Now that's service and there was no codes. Was service light saying change my oil, lol. I was very happy.
