Traveling through from vacation and happened to be 10 miles from the store in Rayville when our water pump started messing up. We stopped in and several workers assisted however Billy went above and beyond! Not only did he find the problem, he called a nice young man who was able to fix it within the hour (on his day off) and get us back on the road to Texas! So thankful for these guys! Awesome customer service!!
I am a traveling worker my car broke down in front of store . The manager at this store went above and beyond to help me. These people are great. You make me feel like family. Thank you to BJ, The manager of this store you guys are awesome
Had an issue with a battery from another parts store so I stopped here to check out there batteries but instead they check the one I have and find that it is nothing wrong with it so instead of trying to take my money and make the sale on another battery, he just tells me an easy fix. What a great guy. Thanks for saving me money O’Reilly.
I didn't get the Gentleman's last names, but Glenn and Billy were a great help. Never have I seen two individuals willing to help. I'm from Texas and traveling through LA. My alternator was going out. The customer service these two provided was extremely helpful. Help me replace and work on my truck. To get me back on the road. It's was super cold outside as well. I wanted to pass this forward, and a big Texas thank you!!!
5/22/24 : I'm a semi truck owner/operator. Keeping my truck safe and legal is important. I had a headlight go out and needed to replace the pigtail harness to the bulb. I called up here from the truckstop down the street to make sure they had what I needed and was assured they did. He even told me all my options for getting in here with my truck and trailer. I got the harness and a spare bulb while I was here. Billy, the man who helped me, went above and beyond. He was a great guy to deal with and even held a light for me so I could swap out this plug real fast and get back on the road with working headlights. Thanks again Billy. Us drivers out here appreciate guys like you.

Had a mishap with my wipers while driving on the interstate. Found this O'Reilly's in Rayville. Bruiser and Stacy were very helpful. They fixed me right up!
