George Hauke has by far one of the best automotive shops I’ve ever been to. He goes above and beyond, and even fixed my air-conditioner free of charge. But the last time I was there, I left with embarrassment and a feeling of shame. His wife told me to get pest control to my house because I obviously have a rodent problem that needs tending to as they chewed through the wiring of my BMW. There were a room full of people in there when she told me, they all judged me with their stares. I didn’t have it in me to tell them that the BMW belonged to my wife that passed away in 2011, I had it parked in a barn (not my house), and left it there to give to my daughter when she came to age to drive. The car still doesn’t drive, it sits in my driveway (rodent free), and I bought my daughter another car. I don’t even look at it much as my deceased wife’s car anymore, it’s now a constant reminder of my little girl’s broken heart, and a car I was made to feel ashamed of owning in a room full of people, yet I can’t bring myself to get rid of it. Thanks George for your compassion when I needed my AC fixed, I can just never bring myself to go there again, though I do recommend Haukes for everyone’s automotive needs.
Dropped off my vehicle to get an alignment and tire balance, come to pick it up; and Hauks Automotive said they couldn’t balance the wheels because the right front wheel tire had a bubble on it. Which was not there when I dropped it off. Please if you have your vehicle serviced here, take pictures of your entire vehicle. It may not be the same when you pick it up.
What a great experience. I have been to 3 different places to try to get an alignment. Including the dealership! Not only was is done right the first time, it was way less costly than the dealership. I highly recommend Hauks!
I don't know where to start on how professional and caring this place is for its customers. The owner and all its employees are very respectful and helpful. Reasonable. I would recommend that anyone who needs anything done make their way to Hauk’s Alignment. Prices are reasonable, and the work they do is excellent.
The service was friendly and quick.. I knew what was wrong and I love that they still took the time to look over my suspension system to verify any malfunctions..
At 68 years old, this is the best alignment shop I have ever gone to! What I appreciated the most, beyond a great alignment, was the time Joe was willing to take to show me things that I really wasn’t aware of involved with getting a true four wheel alignment on a 1976 Corvette. He wasn’t trying to sell me additional services, simply sharing his over 50 years of knowledge, something not often seen in today’s world. I've been using Hauk's Alignment down by the city animal shelter for 15 to 20 years and won't take my vehicle(s) anywhere else. They know their stuff and I can trust them completely. I would highly recommend

Mr. Hauk was very kind, quick, and attentive just as he always has been in all the years that he has been in service. He took the time to listen to me and then afterwards explained what was wrong without rushing me. As a woman, this means A LOT to me lol. Just be sure to try to get there at 6am or at least by 8am if you have to wait for your vehicle so that he can fit you in pretty quick. Other than that, you'll have to leave your vehicle because he gets very busy very fast because he's just that great
Haul’s was very friendly and efficient. I came from an hour away, so they aligned my tires for me in under 30 minutes. Their prices are very fair. Will be using Hauks from now on when needed!

I took my car in about 1p expecting to pick it up the next day and they had it done by 3p. We always use them.. have for many years and we've always been highly satisfied with their work and prices. Highly recommend them!
