I had muffler delete done on my challenger and the staff were nice and answered all of my questions promptly, the service was done super quick and whomever the tech was that actually did the job deserves a raise bc he was very personable, polite, professional, and seemingly really enjoyed doing the work he did. My car sounds exactly like I wanted and the price was def reasonable. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant and I'd def recommend them to anyone wanting a similar job done on their ride. Seemed like a pretty cool bunch of guys.
Went in not knowing what was wrong with my Rogue other than it possibly being a transmission problem. They diagnosed the problem, advocated for me with my warranty company, and got it fixed. My car is driving better than ever. The guys were very helpful, super nice, and patient with us as we asked questions. 100% recommend to everyone!
I bought a used car and a check engine light came on. I was sent to National Transmission because they honor the maintenance/repair service I use. The guys at this shop are so down to earth and extremely helpful. They hooked up their scanner, found the issue, even put the car on the rack to take a closer look finding issues that would be costly and pop up later, and submitted a claim. But even though my policy deferred the claim to a dealership due to a warranty coverage, these guys offered sound advice which lead to my swapping for a more mechanically sound vehicle from the used car company I had purchased from as I was still in the 7 day test drive period.
If you want a mechanic that you can trust, that is extremely knowledgeable, and very eager to genuinely help you, then the guys at National Transmission are who you need to partner with. I am blown away and so very grateful by the help they willingly offered.
Highly recommend for the honesty and professionalism of this place and these men. My wife brought my truck here after having front end work done elsewhere, to check alignment .Instead of finding just anything to charge us for,after giving it a thorough inspection they told us everything is in good shape an didn't charge us anything. They treated my wife respectful an I'd definitely do business here again
My daughter brought her car in clueless about the issue, they were incredibly knowledgeable and honest in a situation that could easily be taken advantage of. Her car was fixed and cost was very reasonable.
This business provides the customer service that all businesses could learn to provide. The catalytic converters on my truck had been stolen while I was in Dallas. I had them replaced in Dallas and one of them failed after I returned to Alexandria. The staff at National Transmission went the extra mile to help coordinate the replacement and contacted the dealer in Dallas and the supplier to get a new converter delivered to them and then arranged their schedule to get it put on my truck in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff at National Transmission for excellent service.

I dont normally do reviews but after having my vehicle worked on here I feel they deserve one. This business won't tell you that a fix isn't guaranteed until after you start having the same problems that you had before carrying your vehicle in. And then it is a "manufacturer" problem not theirs.
I just got my 2008 GMC back with a rebuilt transfer case. The ower has given me a 3 year warranty on it. Their work was good, the customer service was great. I will adjust my review later if any problem arise.

Drove from Fort Polk because they are the only shop that would work with my car on the lift despite it being lowered. Many of the shops in Leesville do a half *** job anyways so the 45 minute drive was well worth it. Got my car up on the lift, and got the work done. All the materials were top notch and all the welds are beautiful.

I needed a rear brake job and I was fixed up ASAP and they worked with me on a payment plan! I will go nowhere else in the future!!! However, I do have one complaint... better chairs in the waiting area! LOL! ;)
Stay far away from this place as possible. I have had 2 vehicles transmissions rebuilt here and both came out with the same problem and when asked about it on a part that is to be included in rebuild I was told that was on me after paying cash for 2 vehicles of $4500.00. Bad Business practices and no service after the sale. I was a customer that paid good money I never asked for more than what I paid for BUT I DO WANT WHAT I PAY FOR!!!!!

Do not do business here I paid these people $5,000.00 for a remanufactured transmission that supposedly came with a 3yr warranty I had to change a cv joint that failed now I’m told the warranty is no good these people are here to rip you off
