I went by the company to have a Bus moved off private property. They said they would have it towed in a few days. That was over a month ago. I have called 3 times and talked to the owner and it is still there. I gave this review a one star because you didn’t have a zero rating. If it gets moved I will let y’all know.

Liable for. On top of that I was still charged for towing. No refund from damages. The tow man Don was not a fan of working that day he said he was overworked and worked for less pay and ready to go back to his home state
Hometown California. The owner John Carr told me he didn’t want to file under his insurance and was gone pay out of his pocket for the damages. A month later nothing. He didn’t even care his company and tow man damaged my vehicle. This is a bad company. Don’t ever use them. Metro towing I do not recommend. And please don’t use them if you’re of color.
My transmission went out on a Sunday night on the highway 40 miles from Alexandria pulling my racecar back from New Orleans to Dallas. I called them @ 7:30 on a Monday morning and they were there in about an hour with a flatbed tow truck for my Tahoe and another truck to pull my racecar and trailer back. They stored my trailer and car overnight while my trans was repaired.Very reasonably priced for what they did! Friendly people and great service! Made a bad experience a little better...
I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these people. I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer from them. Within the first two weeks they had to send a tow truck out to pick it up. I am ask for my money back (which apparently everyone knows of the lemon law except this John Carr maybe he just doesn't believe it pertains to him) and he told me I wasn't getting my money back.I have since taken it to a mechanic of my own. They have informed me that that the sway bar is not tightened down, the shift linkage which metro replaced is zip tied up instead of properly placed in its case, and when they changed the fuel pump, they did not hook the lines back up properly. I am currently in process of of speaking to an attorney The only thing I asked was for them to 1) fix the vehicle or 2) refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY !

On October 29th I was in a wreck. I called Metro and Mr. Mike the dispatcher got me a wrecker out to the accident within minutes. The Tow Guy, Chris, was prompt, polite, and very helpful. Chris took his time yet got my vehicle wenched up and secured safely to the wrecker in less time than it took the other company to retrieve the other person's vehicle. I recommend Metro tow for all of you Tow needs ...
The car got towed here, a couple days after it being here there are dents in it, the dash is broken, radio’s gone and the top is ripped and all the owner can do is give me a new radio?! This place is straight bull. Paid $400 for what???!
