Can to Louisiana today to celebrate our anniversary and got a flat tire on I-10 on a rainy day. The tow driver was so nice and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
James arrived earlier than estimated by 20 minutes. Had my truck loaded and on the road in about 15 minutes. Had room for the spouse and our two little dogs in the clean cab. James was polite and personable. Offloaded the truck and charged a fair price for the quick service. If you need a tow, call this local team for sure!
This company is the most lying outfit I have ever had to deal with. They wouldn’t even allow me to get my personal effects before they got rid of my vehicle. If this was the last town f company on earth I would either push my vehicle to where it needed to gn or I would burn it to the ground before I use this company of idiots Lowe’s n clown
Who ever answered was being rude. They're clearly lazy.. I was okay with whatever price they were gonna throw my way since I needed it bad and no one else had available trucks. Kept telling me he was gonna charge too much and when I agreed he said he wasn't available then hung up.
These people are very rude and will try to price gouge you. I was involved in a wreck on a Thursday and after learning they are closed on weekends, I was able to recover my vehicle on Tuesday. Nearly $500 in fees and rude service. I'd recommend Elite or any towing service besides them!
This wrecker service towed my vehicle after I hyrdoplaned in the rain .I had no control over who towed it of course. Well I'm a peace officer out of Texas. Upon finally getting into my vehicle. I was missing red/blue light bar, a police jacket, and a DeWalt drill bag with drill .Upon calling and asking them. They said it wasn't listed on the property slip so I couldn't prove anything. Needless to say this tow company is a joke!! They're company is full of thieves just looking out for themselves.
