They are overchargeing . First i spoke with a guy it will be 300 over the card . Then when i click the link . Says 595. And had i gave dispacher a drop off location 2 blocks away. and ended up takeing my truck to their lot 30 minutes away with my key in the ignition. I understand the weather conditions but 30 -35 minutes of work is outregeous 600. Its a weeks worth of work for me. $760 total for 2 day . Do not use these people. . Dont do it. Taken leagal action as we speak they frauds. Crooks
Dave came out and rescued my truck on the side of the interstate. Even though it was late at night he was courteous and professional. Thanks guys for a job well done.
So much for southern hospitality. I knew someone that needed a jump and called elite and they wanted to charge 240$ to jump someone’s car. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
put the wrong address from what i gave them and tried to increase the price to fix their mistake. kayla was nice on the phone but something got lost in translation since i did my best to be explain the two addresses i conveyed. sad.

If you need a tow and its not a 2 hour job DONT call these guys. If you get stuck they will charge you over 2 hours min just to pull you out. There are plenty of other places that will pull you out and not try to be dishonest.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a heavy tow or just a regular tow. My driver went over and beyond his duty’s. On time extremely polite and friendly. Made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and even took me to my hotel since I didn’t have a ride. Again this company makes you feel better after having a ruff day with your breakdown. My driver was very safe making sure everything was hooked up properly and well secured. Very respectful of my truck making sure not to damage anything. Called when he arrived and you can even track the status of your driver wants their dispatch to you. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with their service.
Elite towing were a pleasure to work with. They immediately sent a tow truck my way to pick me up and were there as fast as they could be. I was very impressed with their service. They were great.

Car broke down on the side of the road yesterday evening. they had a tow truck to my location within 30 minutes! the lady on the phone was nice & helpful. now i don't know much about towing prices never had a vehicle towed, but i paid 312$ to have it towed to my mechanic 20 minutes away. for the professionalism and helpfulness of the crew to the short time i was stranded i would say it was a good deal. hopefully i never need to call another tow but if i did id consider Elite Recovery again.
Mr. Mike was so professional. Very careful with our broke down vehicles. He made sure all security features were done to prevent any damage to our car and to the safety of others. I was very impressed with the safety 1st things he was doing. He was very careful when driving. I even got a link to show me how far away they were… LOVE THIS! The service was absolutely phenomenal. The phone conversation, easy interactions with the actual person towing my vehicle, and very easy process. Was handled extremely fast. The only issue was it was a little pricey but I feel everything has gone up in price. I phoned several different companies and this was by far the best one and was worth the 50 bucks I could have saved going with the lesser options.

Extremely expensive. Way too much for the little tow I needed. Never ever use again. Everyone wants to get rich on everything they can. This country has went to hell with greed. 3 miles for $327.00 very sickening. Never again
FABULOUS! 36 foot rv dead on side of i10 very small shoulder. The most afraid I've ever been. Waited for AAA, they never showed. Called Elite, they came in 45 minutes and got me to safety. Truly rescue angels!
We got outstanding service from Mike in a driving rainstorm. He was extremely professional and took his time to make sure that he got my car out of a ditch correctly with no damage done to the car. He clearly cared about the work he was doing. I was very happy with their service.
Our driver Meaux was the best. The whole company is very professional and courteous. They had my truck where I needed to be on time and I couldn't ask for a better driver. If you're in a bind call elite, ask for Meaux. You won't be disappointed!

The company I am with had one of their trucks break down some time ago. The truck was left in vacant lot and ended up being vandalized.
Several tires were flat.
Elite sent a great driver who filled the tires with air and was able to haul it away to our yard 4 miles away.

We threw a rod and punched a hole in the motor of our RV. We were stuck on a two lane highway, 1,300 miles from home. It was very early morning and no shops were open.
Ted was amazing! He was so patient and understanding. Ted waited with us until we could find an open shop to service the RV.

Responded quickly, but fees were high. They wanted to charge an extra fee to help load the vehicle onto a trailer. Overall, if I needed a tow and had no other options I would use them again but i would definitely ask for someother service first.
Dylan great guy! Took his time was real Friends and took mY car all the way to tráiler park, great customer service when called, nobody was willing to come out and help, élite sure went out of their way to help, hats off to that man thank you!
