We were traveling through the area from Texas to Thibodaux and had some issues with our truck right outside Jennings. The mechanic we contacted suggested Johnny to us. He came out on Friday evening and picked up our family of 4 and was so kind and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and would use them again. Phone number is saved since we make this trip often.
I rarely write reviews, but I am happy to leave this one for anyone looking for a towing service. This past weekend, we needed a Class A motorhome towed and were referred to Topshelf Towing by a buddy I trust. I was absolutely blown away by the service, start to finish. Johnny stayed in contact, showed up when he said he would, and did literally a top shelf job moving the motorhome, delivering it exactly where I wanted it put. In the end, he went above and beyond. I recommend them without any reservation.
Top Shelf towing is owned and operated by a Top shelf man. What was a very stressful accident was very quickly made more comfortable by Johnny Havard. He picked us up after he assisted the accident, determined nothing could be done that night; took us to three hotels and personally ensured there was a vacancy. The next morning he directly picked us up, took us to get breakfast and back to the site. He and Glenn Towing worked together to recover my fifth wheel and truck with no new additional damage. I was advised by the police that had any other crew responded, my rig would have probably been torn apart. During the careful removal of my rig, Johnny allowed me to stay with my animals in his ac and turned on Netflix to help me be distracted and calm. I never wish an accident on anyone but if you do get in one, please use this service. Your family will be in wonderful, safe hands, as will your vehicle.
Had an accident with a 2020 GMC 3500 HD Denali, and 2020 Dutchman Voltage 3915 (43’) toy hauler around at midnight and was stranded and stuck. Topshelf Towing and Johnny Havard assessed the situation and rescued my wife and pets from the accident and recovered my Truck and RV with outstanding expertise.
