I was unable to make the drive to Jolley’s towing and recovery to retrieve some paperwork from a vehicle I previously owned due to a hectic work schedule, so Jolley’s sent me everything I needed and saved me the drive and time I would have had to miss from work. Customer service was awesome!! Highly recommended!!
Jim was great. Took care of my car and brought it where it was needed. Very professional and friendly. Even let me hitch a ride in the big orange diesel!
I Unfortunately had to use them a few times but definitely happy with the service provided. I will be calling again if im stuck on the side of the road.
Being a long time friend of Lauren’s, when my car broke down I knew I could call Jolley’s to tow my car. The driver took great care of my car & Lauren explained everything to me!!

My daughter and I were in an accident November 3rd. Jolleys tow took my car to their yard. I live an hour away and just had surgery, so I couldn’t go there physically to take care of business. Lauren went over and above to help me get it done, and also explained the law to me about my tags, information my insurance should have told me and did not. I hope I’m NEVER in another accident, but if I were, I’d the tow company would be as helpful and patient with me.

I had a small problem with my vehicle 1 minute from my house, I called them and it took them about 30 minutes to arrive just to move my car 1 minute from my house... Do you know how much they charged me to take my car 1 minute away? They charged me 350 dollars. The price seems so exaggerated just to tow my car 1 minute away. Bad job... Another opinion. They treated my car badly as if it were a piece of junk. They broke my bumper when they put it inside the vehicle. I do not recommend them. I hope they answer me.
I literally call these people EVERY week to move my lowered Mustang back and forth to the shop l've never had any damages to my vehicle.. anything missing and their prices are very reasonable!!! I would trust them with my dog and my kids.. LOVE EM TA DEATH!!!
My Tesla was stranded before the sun came up. I sent a msg on Facebook and was responded to with a phone number for the driver. 10 minutes later, the driver showed up, loaded and secured the car, and we were on our way. Could not ask for a smoother experience.
The absolute best tow service!! They were quick to arrive at the scene of the accident. Lauren and Missy kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely use them again.

Whenever I needed them they came right away. They picked my vehicle up and brought it to the shop. The experience was very easy and the staff were all friendly and professional. They go out of their way to see about their customers.
Got my truck back today from a wreck a couple months ago and wanna say thanks to Ronnie for a quick response to the scene. He actually showed up before the sheriff did. Took good care of it while in tow and insured jolleys had my back for the repairs thank you Ronnie and thank yall.
