The worst experience I ever had in my life we communicate about 2:00 this afternoon let me take pictures of my old I'm being sent to he her I did everything to ask me to do as far as verifying a automobile about 4:00 I give her a call when I said her I mean Beth she told me she'd be here by 6:30 it's now 8:47 p.m. text me about 1 hour ago and told me she called a blowout and she'll be here in a few minutes I miss my son's prom I miss my daughter's prom they both go to the same school their twins and I couldn't even be there to share this experience they won't even respond to any of my text messages or anything she lied to me too she called a blowout bet that is call the phone almost 20 times no response what kind of business is this where you don't even communicate with your customer or should I say potential customer tell that I don't know the status this is sad and. disappointing my question is how can you tell somebody to be here in a few minutes and you never sure you don't answer your phone you don't do anything to communicate with the customer or should I say potential customer this is sad how can you do people like this I want to do everything in my power to make sure I didn't do this to anyone else I PROMISE HOPEFULLY WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE WHEN I FINISH WITH THEM. WHAT'S GOING ON 3 HOURS NOW STILL NO PHONE CALL NO TEXT MESSAGE NO EMAIL NOTHING. I was trying to sell my car to this business since I bought a new vehicle. They strung me along and made false promises. This is a horrible uncoordinated business, 4 hour wait just to be blown off. I do not recommend this business unless you have time to spare. I'm a family man and I don't have time. I gave what i could, and I was made unimportant. So to my thousands of followers I'm sorry if I gave this place a positive review.
