Called about a part and was told they have it in stock I drive over 2 hrs 192mile round trip. I show up 11:20 give them my name and who i talked to they said part is still on the truck all they seamed interested in was taking a deposit and come back I stated the details of travel and the time it took and that I would rather just buy it out right and just pull the part and be on my marry. Just so happens the entry they had on the computer was from 2011 and they couldn’t possibly have it anymore. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE that worked behind the counter beat me out of the parking lot. I guess they had a hot lunch date. First and last time going there

When visiting New Orleans on a country long road trip, I had a small car accident that left us needing a new radiator. We thought our trip was over. But, The guys at Riverside stepped up on the fly to help my wife and I get our car back on the road in less than 24 hours. Patrick helped one of my friends that needed parts for his rx300 that they had in there yard. They had the car I saw online But they pictures look like a totally DIFFERENT color . Poor description of vehicle color. Poor picture quality. But that's the car recovery / recycling business..
