My vehicle was wrongfully towed after company hours, while working with my client. Who has physical limitations last night during my shift at his house. The rude girl showed no remorse over the phone (not that I expected her to) while speaking to her last night. Her insensitive humor as if I have a reason to lie, not only gives this company a horrible reputation as a whole but illlegally goes againt the Disability Act (from what I've read)... The Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me regarding how bad of a company they truly are as a result from this. I understand that small companies such as this one, are in financial hardship right now due to our economy. However they need to do better and not jump to conclusions without hearing accurate facts first from customers!! I hope the owner along with the rest of the staff finds Jesus one day!!

He took my car from in front of my residence under the pretext that the sticker on the windshield of the car was not placed in the right place. He chose a late time on the weekend and deliberately turned off the phone until 12 hours had passed in order for me to pay him $330. I also found faults in the car and oil coming out of the front wheels. In the end, my advice is to be careful when you park your car, especially late on the weekend. They are exploiters (bad exploitation that harms society and is a trick to make money).

CJ was in the right place at the right time. Helped me out when my car over heated and died. He jumped into action and had me out of harms way and on my way to the mechanic. Professional, helpful, and friendly. Great service.

Lady at the window was very rude and gave me no option for an appointment time they said it was cash only and couldn’t provide me with any change. My car was parked next door to table and tap. I didn’t not see the VERY SMALL sign in the parking lot or else I wouldn’t have parked there and I was not even there for a long period of time. I was charged $366 and there was no lowering the price, even when I told her that was ridiculous for not even 24 hours and I could not afford it. This is a SCAM, I highly doubt that all of what they are doing is actually legal. I even had medical things in my car that I needed. I will be seeing if there is anything I can do about this and reading all of the reviews goes to show that they are sitting here waiting to tow cars at any minute for money.

My experience with On Time Towing was beyond exceptional! They are very responsive even on the weekends when they are actually closed. And super pleasant and accommodating. CJ is the absolute best! He went above and beyond to assist me with getting my vehicle out of the tow yard and back on the road. I could never thank him enough for his assistance. This is not legal how I got towed, I went to Taco Tuesday to get some cheap tacos at Chilangos. I parked at the bank that I use (Regions) because it says customer parking only and I’m a customer. I was only at the place for 20mins got the tacos togo and my car was gone. The lady at the window says I can’t park at the back after hours by law. And that’s not the information I read (pictured below). This is a problem and I should take legal action. Then not even 12 hours of holding my car it cost $290. That’s robbery

I live in the Millstream Apts on the 3rd floor! I admit that I was wrong for parking in the Fire Lane! But, I'm 60 years old and I was getting the groceries from my car to put inside my apartment ! Friday about 7:00pm my car was towed ! After I used the bathroom and took a breather! I went to move my car and it was gone! I didn't know where or whomever towed it until I called maintenance ! I finally figured out who and I called! A don't give a damn answered the phone! She took forever to send me the information! She must have forgotten and was reminded when I called back!I can't get my car back until Monday morning! It is unbelievable that you can tow someone's car and it is unaccessible! Y'all hours of operation is 8:00am -5:00pm Monday through Friday! Why on the recording that other number is a non working number? Something's going on with this hook up! Seems Meth-ish to me !

The company provided quick reliable towing. Ran a few minutes late but we’re on top of it and provided new eta. Would absolutely call them again for towing services

The towing company Stanford is using towed my car while i momentarily parked at Stanford, after hours to pick up food at the restaurant next door. I wasn’t even gone for 5 minutes as I was only picking up food I ordered in advance and they towed away my car in less than five minutes. The only way this is possible is if the tow truck was close by. On time towing, was watching the parking lot, waiting for anyone to park so that they could tow their car as fast as possible so that they can charge $260 just to get it back. This is unjust practice as it is an unreasonable amount to charge for retrieval. Louisiana government should sanction towing companies to prevent them from towing someone’s car in less than five minutes without giving out a verbal warning. They could have verbally warned me since they were aware of my arrival such that they were able to tow my car in less than five minutes while I was picking up a door dash order that was already made, next door.

worst towing company ever they are taking cars and holding them illegally. the lady wont let you talk to the owner she hangs up in your face and blocks your number for days. they are appointment only to gain more money. my car wasnt there for a hour and they wanted 305.15 and they dont gve change and its cash only. something illegal is going on here!!!!!

They towed my car which is fine. I saw the sign later. But they are closed on the weekends, even though they tow on the weekends. Then they say you have an appointment without even you agreeing to an appointment time. And if you don’t make that appointment time, they won’t release your car so they can charge you more the next day. Oh, and it’s “cash only”. These are thieves making their living. GHETTO. Someone audit them.

My vehicle was towed on a friday from a business after hours next to Table and Tap on Veterans with a tiny sign, my fault so I had to pay their $280.00 fee. They never answer the phone, they text you back only, I made an appointment for next day to pick it up. This is my problem: the rude lady behind the window felt that I had an attitude when I asked who authorized the tow and how it was towed since it's a front wheel drive and was facing a high curb, and just threw my papers and told me to comeback on monday of course to charge me more. The only people saying that this is a great business are the ones having someone else towed. Never saw the owner or talk to anyone on the phone even on regular business hours, if you read the owner's answer below you can tell that my review wasn't even fully read

Unprofessional number doesn't work, had to call around finally realize they only want to text you no pricing. They gave everyone a different price said cash only for a tow charged $320.16 was told either pay or leave. When I explained no one could see a tow sign that was purposely hidden behind bushes until someone pulled it out and that I needed my medication for my seizures I was told oh well Side Note I called around the city max pricing was $125 credit or debit or cash and every other towing company uber driver lyft driver all said the same that everything they are doing sounds illegal

On Time Towing is the BEST towing company I have ever used! They are completely professional and offer 24 hour service where you can actually speak to someone! Also, they do private parking lot towing and can install all necessary signage. Best of all, when they give you a time, they are ON TIME! Highly recommend On Time Towing, definitely 5 Stars! These guys are not just good, they are THE BEST. They are so good that within 1.5 hours of calling about 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon, FATHER'S DAY no less, I was homeward bound sitting in the cab with the gentleman driver who was happy to be there, because he was out providing for his children! God bless him. Price was excellent and fair. When I called I was at mile 190 of I-10 with a blown tire (and a spare that had stealthily dry rotted in my bed after years of exposure to the elements) literally at the sign that says "Welcome to Ascension Parish". The closest civilization was Gramercy, which is about as small of a gathering of households you could still legitimately call 'a town', 7.5 miles distant, so basically I was in the place they were thinking of when the phrase "East Bumble****" was created. The flashing orange lights of the On Time Towing truck signalled a complete reversal of the day's misfortune, and they may as well have been a flashing orange halo hovering over the truck. Thank you guys so very much! You saved my day! Also you can feel good giving them your money because they are local and family owned.

As the name says, literally on time. People always park in my spot. I'm handicap, I need that spot. If it wasn't for them the last I times, I would have had to park blacks away from my apartment. 5 stars will ALWAYS call them for services! (When the boss gives you her direct number, you know that's great customer service!)

We had been stranded for over two hours when I finally gave up on the insurance company’s tow truck and called On Time Towing. Quick to answer phone; professional and compassionate as I explained our predicament; tow truck arrived IN MINUTES; CJ worked quickly, took great care with our car, was incredibly kind and reassuring, and stayed with us until we were safely in an Uber. Very prompt and courteous service. Driver showed up within about 20 minutes and did a great job. Dropped my truck exactly where I asked in the driveway. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend this company.

Amazing customer service!! CJ couldn't have been more helpful on a day my husband just couldn't fix my busted tire. Reception answered the business phone professionally and was super helpful. She sent CJ on his way ASAP! He showed up within minutes, took us to a great tire place, and it was the best decision I ever made to call! Worst tow service. the customer service is the worst. The ladies that answer are rude, argumentative and not helpful. I have never dealt with a worse company. Hopefully you don't get towed by them because you will pay an arm and a leg to get your vehicle back. DO NOT recommend them. **response to owner** Now I know you are full of it and only trying to save your reputation, as I have never been towed by your company, thank you. After being treated very rudely by your receptionist I decided to take my business elsewhere. So I have no idea where you are getting your story from. Illegally towed at an apartment complex? Wow. I'm not trying to ruin your business I'm just stating how poorly I was treated. And you making up a random story to try to make me look stupid and yourselves look better, only shows how you treat people/customers.

My daughter actually called for me and told me the dispatch desk was very friendly and helpful. The driver that came to get me out of my "pickle" was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was told it would take approximately 35-45 minutes to get to me but he was right there within 20 minutes. I have the company's card in my glove box!

Very pleasant when I called inquiring pricing. Scheduled for the next day and the guy was early. VERY friendly when he arrived and dropped my car off, even made suggestions on what could be wrong with the vehicle. I would hughly recommend On Time Towing!

I’ve been towed a number of times in my life! By far the most professional experience I’ve ever had being towed! I caught a flat tire and pulled over into a gas station and with out noticing I blocked the fuel delivery! Left my car overnight, I came back next morning car was gone! Went to get my car from their lot in Kenner and was treated great and the process of getting my car back was easy! They even help me change my flat tire into a spare and recommend me to a place to get a discount on replacing my flat one!! Would def recommend them for their towing services!!

My first time ever using a tow service and I must say that I am very much pleased with the service. The lady in the office with her sweet and pleasant voice to the driver who was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The driver also gave me words of encouragement because he saw and heard how stressed I was and it made the stressful situation of needing a tow less stressful. I recommend this company

The driver was very timely. We called our insurance company and he arrived in less than an hour. He was extremely patient and also stopped at the grocery store for us on the route home. I would highly recommend this company. They were just "On Time Towing".

Best towing experience I've had. Despite issues with my insurance, they were very nice and professional. Even gave my family and me a comfortable ride home (from Jefferson parish to St. James parish).
