Close by they had what I needed on hand they had a line but the staff teamed up and got customers what they needed quicker than I thought when I first got in line
They gives the wrong wipers for my car and the says the can’t swap them for the right brand.
When I Bought the wipers I told them I need the best ones you have .

The person who attended me yelled at me and humiliated me in front of other people for not speaking perfect English. If you can't help, just say I can't. Do not humiliate others
They sold me a part went to the parking lot to see if it would work and it didn't. They refused to refund my money and the manager was rude saying they can't refund me because it was broken. The workers don't know what they're doing and management very unprofessional.
I just got a jump from someone at work, obviously i needed a new battery so i went across the street to the O'Reilly's on 4120 Williams Blvd at 7pm on a Sunday. I went in and the man at the counter said he can sell me the battery but cannot install it. He said because there is only him and another man there he could not do it. While the other man was outside already doing something. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went to another O'Reilly's and got my new batter installed. Great customer service at the one on David Drive.

Lifetime warranty with a proof of purchase when I can walk to the tool and it's identical to the one that's broken they refuse to warranty a 3/8 ratchet bc I didn't have a receipt when I clearly grab the exact same ratchet in the store
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had came in looking for a light bulb, spanish short lady (assistant manager) was trying to sell me the socket when clearly I was looking for something else, then the other lady claimed she seen me open up a bulb when clearly it was already open, the spanish lady seen the box was open with me, but then she claimed it wasn’t, they were both trying to make me pay for it, then they threatened me with the police!!! honestly I have no idea how they even work in the parts industry when clearly they have no parts knowledge, or customer service appreciation.
Went in with a dead battery and Kevin was able to get us a few options for a new battery quickly and with a smile. Will be going back for future needs.

Her communication and ppl skills were exceptional. She’s a very hard worker and have excellent communication skills. Yes perfect ten KEE. Thank you
there was a wonderful young women here who name starts with a k i believe. we had to exchange a part that we needed but couldn’t find it. she was so kind and didn’t stop until she could find the part. we’re very glad we were helped by her. 💙
So I used to only go to Auto Zone but after receiving subpar treatment, I go here alot to order the parts I need for my truck and other car needs. Ask your questions and you won't get a shoulder shrug but an honest answer. Definitely come here :)
I went in to buy a break light sensor today. Going into auto parts stores is always anxiety inducing, especially when I know the part I need. I'm always met with questions about whether I'm sure that's the right part, and did I have someone look at it for me...etc. There are usually smirks and winks involved too.. Today I was waited on by a wonderful woman named Kee. To be clear, this is the first time I've even been waited on by a woman in an auto parts store. When I asked her for the part I wasn't met with 20 questions, she actually just sold me the part. I've never left a review in my life, but I appreciated this so much. It could not be left unsaid.
Super honest!!! Was ready to spend $200 on a battery here. Tested it and was bad, but bought original at a different store and was under warranty. They pointed it out. These guys saved me $200 that I was ready to give them!!
Guy behind the counter was ridiculous didn't want to put my windshield wipers on because it was drizzling outside. Then want to charge me 50 dollars saying that's the cheapest ones he had for my vehicle trying to get over on me like i never worked for oreilly before
Fantastic customer service! I called to ask for a part they told me they do carry it but to hold on so that they can make sure that they have it in stock. After searching for it they even held it aside for me for when I arrived.
They also do take in old used oil that isn't mixed with other products. If and when you do your cars oil change and need to dispose of it.
They found everything that I needed everyone was kind making sure that I was comfortable .they are very important people so if you go there you will enjoy your service there.0
I brought rotors from Slidell and I stay in Kenner so they did not fit so I tried to bring them back to this store that’s near my house a short white lady told me I had to go back to Slidell and return them thin she changed her story and said I had to bring them back to another store because there’s no room on the shelf an I’m like what it’s 60 dollars and she says she can’t take it back I’ll never go there again in life she was so unprofessional racist to me.
