All people involved in the process were pleasant and courteous. The repair was completed in a very timely manner. Also, having my vehicle picked up, brought to the business location to have needed services completed, and then returning my vehicle to my workplace was such a great convenience to me. I will assuredly continue to rely on this business for future services as needed.
If I had only gone there first for a diagnosis instead of trying to figure it out on my own I would’ve saved about $1500 …. Excellent customer service and very skilled service technicians …. Would recommend to anyone having any issues with their vehicle …
Great Experience, Derrick Guidry , Lauren , and staff were great . Would highly recommend if you want upfront , honest sales experience, like the old days . Everything was above board and clear , no smoke and mirrors . Had one minor defect on a window gasket that I noticed , the part is in . Daniel called me promptly. Love my 2025 Bronco .

12/26/25 my Ranger had a safety recall, that was taken care of promptly by a great service department @ Musson-Patout Ford in Abbeville, LA. These people care about how a customer satisfaction. Also they notice little things like my washer fluid was low or empty and refilled it. All with a smile and excellent service.
Not good at all. The service dept needs qualified personnel. How can 1 service leader say something it definitely wrong and a mechanic says otherwise. Very unprofessional.
Danielle in the service department is outstanding! She took care of my vehicle right away, kept me up to date the entire time AND delivered my car back to me at work. I will be bringing my car here for all my service needs!
I talked with Danielle and she got me in for a diagnosis as soon as she could fit me in. They got my transmission looked at and also an oil change for me in no time. Customer service was top notch and everything was well explained to me.
Very attentive and prompt service. Broke down in Abbeville, LA while traveling. They helped me get a wrecker service and checked my vehicle the same day that the truck got to the shop. Of course when the truck got the shop it would start with no problems. They troubleshooted it the next morning and found wear in the steering column and also a brake switch that was not correct. Ordered parts and truck was ready the next morning. The problem appeared to be solved and I was able to get home. The service person Danielle kept me in the loop and arranged for me to get a ride to the shop when my truck when completed. Had a very good experience using this ford dealership. Unfortunately, the problem reappeared but is able to be started with difficulty so something is still off with the truck. Truck has 476K miles on it and from time to time I get these electrical issues that are not easy to solve. Would have been a 5 star if the problem did not come back. Steering parts did correct an issue with putting truck in reverse and having to shift several times to get it to work.
In an emergency they were able to get my car in and diagnosed by the next day. The communication by the service department was hands down beyond my expectations.
Awesome service, took my truck in on the spot and fixed everything over the Labor Day weekend. Service advisor was very polite and kept me in the loop with everything!
All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The service was quick and efficient. The whole experience was very impressive!
Best customer service yet!! Called about an issue with DEF injector around noon on a Friday. Dropped truck off. Gave me a loaner and they called at 455pm said truck was ready for pick up!! Would wait till I got there to pick up or pick up early on Saturday. Can’t ask for better service than that. And I didn’t buy truck from them, but I will on the next one possibly coming soon!!
I enjoyed every minute. Danelle was very attentive and professional. I went sit in the waiting room waiting for the driver. Every employee that passed by me told me hello, Or good morning.. I was not ignored. The driver that drove me back, I never met before but made me feel like I knew him for a long time.
