My neighbor across the street used this company. It was in the early morning hours and pouring down rain. To make a long story short the driver pulled the truck in my yard and of course it left ruts, plus ran over my reflector. Called company to report my damage and was told they would come by and check it out. Well that was over a week ago, and 2 phone calls. Very incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. He said he talked to the driver and the driver told him someone told him it was OK to go in my yard. We were sleeping so no one spoke to us, so they are also liars. Moral of this story is DONT USE THEIR COMPANY AND DON'T LET YOUR NEIGHBORS USE THEM.
Our 2021 pickup just started shutting down in Broussard on the way back to New Iberia. It was a Sunday afternoon. We did not know what to do. We called Southern Towing and they were so nice. They said that they could pick us up in the time it would take for them to drive from New Iberia to us. The driver was able to get the truck battery enough juice to get it in neutral and up on the truck. He brought us back to New Iberia to a mechanic. He told us that we could call our insurance to get reimbursed. We gladly paid the very reasonable price. He was right. Our insurance paid. He also told us that they can pick us up any where in Louisiana. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to call them if we should need them again. We highly recommend!

This man showed up at coincidentally the perfect time and out of the absolute kindness of his heart helped move my car off of the road to a safer location.
