Not only did they help me multiple times when my hunk of junk 2001 broke down every other week, but they also helped me on one of the worst days of my life in the past many years. I had a truck hit and run my car, sent me airborne and landed right in their parking lot. Immediately their employees were outside, helped me out, called the emt and police out for me, pulled their camera footage, gave witness statements, made sure my important possessions went with me to the hospital, and one man even got in his own car to try and chase the culprit down. I can't thank them more. They're not only an excellent business, the folks there genuinely care about others in their community. Highly, highly recommended.
Don't go there had a transmission put in did good putting it in changed my rear motor seal so said a few days later rear seal was leaking worse than when I bought it in this is why I'm writing a bad review because they are running won't return my call and avoiding me and won't make it good plus I would have paid to fix it but now mr. Sooner from VILLE PLATTE LA going somewhere where they are going to fix your mess up
I didn't like that I had to go save a car from there..but other than that..they are very friendly..to the point..and I liked doing business with them. If I'm ever in the area and need their services..I would definitely give them a call!!
Will definitely be going back if in need of mechanic work. Hopefully won't need to anytime soon though. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and NICE. 10/10 recommend!!
Very good service. Called and they had the part I needed to fix my truck, which is a very hard part to find. Sent videos of the part functioning before I paid for it over the phone. Shipped the part to me in South Carolina, it come in just a few days and everything was great as they said. Would definitely do business again.
Had To Ride On A Trailer Pulled By A Four Wheeler Just To Look For A Piece That I Needed For My Car !
They Had No Idea Where The Parts For My Car Was Located !
This place was a joke, they brought me a color specified part THAT WAS THE WRONG COLOR! To boot, when they did get the color right, and they assured me the part was in good condition, it turned out that it was mangled beyond repair. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESe SCAM ARTISTS.
Excellent and speedy service. They picked up my truck and went to work on it right away. My truck was road ready before the end of the day and pricing was super reasonable for the amount of work that was needed. Parts AND LABOR warranty is a huge plus.
