Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Pretty good inventory and the prices are pretty similar but on the lower end of the other big name parts places. They do price match though. Easy to deal with when it comes to returns and warranty replacement.

I have had multiple wrong parts from employees get home parts not correct have to drive all the way BK and up there to get right part

Weekend employees should should concentrate on customers at the counter before phone calls.

The employees are well knowledged about parts and accessories. Also they have reasonable prices on the majority of Auto Parts. In my opinion they have better prices on Parts than AutoZone and more parts on hand!!!
