I had such a horrible experience with this location I don’t even know where to begin! I have been a loyal Honda owner since 2018 (first time dealing with this location). I think I should have gotten paid for the transaction of buying my car since I basically had to do their jobs for them. I bought my car April 20th, but couldn’t take it home because my ex-husband (in another state) had to sign paperwork for the trade in. They called him got his information and Carolyn in finance promised to over night the paperwork so I could pick up my car soon. That was the first lie, as it did not go out Monday, they waited til Tuesday… Well wouldn’t you know, FedEx calls my phone looking to deliver paperwork to the wrong person with my ex-husband’s address on it. So I had to call the dealership to let them know he would not get the paperwork because his name is not on the package to be delivered. I called several times because Carolyn did not call me back as promised. I spoke with 2 managers DJ and Alan and different receptionists over the course of the next few days only to have it delayed til Thursday, because no one was competent enough to look in my file to see his correct information or realize they addressed the package to the wrong person, and then overnight the paperwork even after me calling to make them aware. Mind you, I had already signed everything I needed to sign and was waiting to be able to take my car off the lot a week later. He finally gets the papers, takes off work early to have them notarized because he received them a lot later than promised (Friday the 26th) so everything could go out that day before the overnight cut off. Well Team Honda did not have overnight shipping for the returned paperwork to get to them. I had the tracking number which said it would be delivered that following Monday, but the actual paperwork was within driving distance at the sorting facility in Louisiana. I went to the dealership asked for a manager and spoke with Alan (again) who said they need the paperwork to release the car. I requested they go pick it up because I was leaving with my purchased vehicle… It doesn’t end there... Alan offered a sunroof protector for “my troubles” so I had that put on only for the service person to leave dirty fingerprints all over the roof of my brand new light colored interior! I didn’t even bother to tell them because they would have made it worse. Lastly, my temp tag was dated until June 19th. Two weeks before it was expiring, I call to inquire about my license plate, receptionist takes my name and number stating someone will call back, but no one does. So I called the following week and same thing. So I go there June 15th and spoke with a nonchalant white male who gave me a 5 day tag, and took my name and number and said someone will call me. Of course no one called, so I called yet again only to get the runarounds, being told… we don’t have you in the system, we don’t have a plate for you, did you buy it here? To, it’s being mailed to you. I don’t understand how this location is still in business being so inconsistent, and completely incompetent.
