Looked for a part for a truck I’m working on and they took a part out of my bag with used parts that I already had and tried to steal it from me had to buy it back when I didn’t take anything from them but they tried to steal a part that I already just for a money. Should not be able to just to take anything that don’t belong to them at all that was and is already paid for. Or even just trying to make sure u get the right part for what you are looking are looking for. Located on south shreveport
This place accepted my vehicle from someone who didn’t even have the authority to sell it to them and had my car picked up out of my driveway without any proof that it belonged to them or any information other than my address and the VIN number of my vehicle and they were going to make me pay for the towing service fee thankfully the towing company said that they would eat the towing fee for both ways but the sorry guy who worked there wasn’t even going to wait for five minutes for the towing truck to get there if they didn’t get there before 4:50 when they don’t close till 5:00 because they close the yard at ten minutes till 5:00 thankfully everything worked out but it should never have happened to begin with. And this is the woman who tried to sell them my car she showed up just as we were leaving trying to get the money thank goodness were able to get there first I would have called the police but the tow truck had just left to bring my vehicle back to my house and I had to get home to take care of that but I’m going to call the police first thing in the morning to file a report and press charges against this woman for the theft of my vehicle
Clean, well-organized yard with fair pricing and helpful staff. The team was friendly and quick to assist, and the layout made it easy to find what I needed. Good selection of parts across a range of makes and models. Inventory could be a bit deeper, but overall a solid place to pick up used parts without the hassle.
Bought a blower motor for my truck last Tuesday and I know the card I used was the right one they denied my refund because the receipt had a different card number and I show proof on my transaction that’s the card I used I won’t be going here never again a waste of money

The most unhelpful people behind the counter. Will never go there again. My husband is handicapped and looking for an AC compressor. They said they had one but would not pull it so he used his cane and walked out to get is himself. After almost falling several times and near fainting from the heat he gave up and left. No employee even attempted to help. The worst customer service in the business.
Didn't find what I needed and the price for them to pull it for me plus the pump was more than a brand new one. Wear some gloves is my best advice and check prices online vs the used here
If you know what will and will not work, when it comes to "used parts", you can really save some money. Vehicles are grouped and easily accessible to work on. They have a great website search app that informs you of availability and locations. Prices are very reasonable.
When I called I stated that I need to make sure what exactly I needed and that I needed to look at the text my husband sent me. The man laughed and said well why didn't he just call me I said he is at work. Then he said well I am too. Started to laugh and hung up. Not that I didn't know what it was just making sure I gave you the proper number. However thank you for NOT being a big help today!
Sold my mom's car for $325. Easy transaction. They came and picked up the car. All I had to do was go to the location and sign over the title and then get paid.
My husband got a good transmission lots of vehicles to choose from just be care when underneath they sit on rims and tires...they have a lil wagon to put your parts are very helpful!! But over all we're satisfied and will definitely recommend! Great service as well !!!
Sold my Truck to the location on Mansfield Rd. They were very professional. I had spoken to David over the phone the day before at the Aero location. Sent him photos of my Truck. Found a engine for my truck. UAPI offer's an option to have your engine pulled for to you for a fee. Received a call faster than expected that it was ready for pickup. Awesome!
The place has every car imaginable! If you need a part, chances are they have the car it comes from. They have a special area for newer model cars, and a huge lot for the older makes and models For heaven’s sake, I even saw a 1976 Ford Granada there!
They have good inventory and the price is ok, but some staff members are so rude. They treat people like they own them and when they see us through the window, sweating and dirty, they believe we begging them, so sad. I am thinking no to go there anymore
Lots and lots of vehicles... I like the option NOT to have a membership card; the parts cost a little more, but buying once or twice a year it's cheaper just to pay full price for the part instead of the card.
Always a great group of guys every time I go to get anything they're knowledgeable and concern for their customers and always a place I stop for parts even if they don't have it they're considerate towards their customers on finding what they don't have
Need a part for an older car? This is the place. The parts are cheap and the yard is organized. All of the cars are set up on a set of welded together rims so you can get to stuff under the vehicle. They have yard in Shreveport also.
Every time I've been here the staff has always helped me to find the specific car part that I needed, if the part was unavailable their friendly, knowledgeable staff ordered the part needed. I'd definitely recommend U-AUTO-PULL-IT to anyone in need of a specific car or truck part.
Prices are very competitive but the staff can often be sarcastic and act as tho they are being bothered by you. If getting your own product from the yard, be careful for wasp nests!
Good selection of parts for what I needed. I've visited this location 4 times in the past 18 months and found the exact parts needed on each visit. Friendly staff in the office. Grounds are well kept. I would recommend them.
Racist white guy kinda built... They need to understand that because people are shopping there doesn't mean they are broke and you can NOT talk to people any kind of way. Just because a car is total out doesn't mean the seats are bad so treat people right are stay home. People are ignorant and someone will come back up there with trouble if you treat them any kinda way. The guy called me stupid by the way... Out of line...
Workers named Josh and Jamie, very rude and poor customer service. Was given a price over phone for parts. Show up and spend 2 hours in the scalding sun to get the parts needed and go to check out...the total nearly tripled from what I was quoted..for the price they wanted I could have got "clean non weathered parts from online" and not spent my time or effort wrenching just to be disrespected at checkout by these two. I enjoy wrenching but I will not be disrespected by some guys who get an attitude because I ask them to honor their price. Long story short...I was used as free labor to remove parts and told to return parts to donor vehicle after refusing to be haggled by these two. The other two locations I have had no issues with. But as long as these two guys work at this location I will not be back to be disrespected...would not recommend mansfield rd. until they get these two employees at this location replaced.
Great place for car parts, very well priced. Only issue is many of the cars can be picked over. Be sure to check out website as they have a great inventory list showing how long the car has been there.
