If you want your truck fixed in a timely manner like I did with a carrier bearing. I highly recommend these guys cause they waste no time at all and had me up in running while I was staying at the hotel in Ruston Louisiana and they had it ready by the time I woke up in the morning
My husband was on the road and needed a part on a Saturday! He stopped at a few truck stops but no one had the size he needed! I called a handfull of people in the area he was traveling in. I was greeted with robotic answering services or no answer at all.. Mr. Miguel answered 1st ring and even though I had limited information he took the time and found a solution! In today's world its rare to find good honest people that will help you no matter how small the Task! Thank you for you service Mr. Miguel!
Guy did extraordinary job for us twice on the road. First time tire fix, fast and decent price, second time help with airleak. Was right on the time and charged us much less then shops around required
I called Miguel on a Saturday morning on Father's day weekend and he was at my truck within 1 hour as he promised! Fellow truckers and company owners let me tell you this gentleman is as honest as they come. We are so use to mobile services just racking us over the coal that when I come across a company like Miguels I have to stop and let my fellow truckers know! Miguel found the problem with what we thought was the truck and replaced the trucks protection value after installing the new valve he realized that the problem was not my truck but the chassis that was a rental. He then took off the new part and put back my old one that was still working after we disconnected the trailer and went and returned the new part back so I wouldn't be charged the $400 for the part! He then calls me back and did NOT want to charge me !!!! Can you believe that a HONEST roadside Machanic !!! He also knew what was wrong with the chassis and told me that thats where the rental company should start to look for the problem .!!! I insisted on paying him and after him telling me no i keep insisting we finally agreed on $300 when this gem of a guy was out there for 6 hours changing and returning parts! I recommend Miguel to everyone in the Shreveport, LA . area . HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ONTIME MOBILE..... THANK YOU MIGUEL YOU ARE A UNICORN OF OUR INDUSTRY!!!! GREAT PERSON!!!
With lots of bad reviews, that says it all. I still have all the conversations we had and I will post them, so ppl can see that we never talked about prices of an specific problem, we were just guessing what the problem could be, stop lying, and i never said no, the day that I suppose to come to your place you never answered. Bad way to handle a business.
I have used Miguel's 24hr road service over four times this year alone. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the Shreveport area. They are very courteous, they show up at the exact time they say they will show up. Considering the current high cost of parts, I will say that they are very considerate in their pricing. They have come to my rescue on multiple occasions. Thank you Miguel.
I’ve called several times and left a voicemail but no answer and no call back. It says they open at 6:00am and I’ve been calling since 6:00am for a road call and it’s now 8:26am and still no call back. Us truck drivers need some good help on the road to keep the our country and other countries moving

I will be forever grateful for Miguel’s Tire. My son was on his way back to college in Mississippi and had a flat and the spare was flat. They came out at 10pm, helped him and they helped him find a hotel near a tire shop so he could have them both repaired the next day! Thank you!
Very nice people but added an extra 40 for fuel that was not spoke about at the beginning of the call. Only after they finished and invoiced the company. But every other expense was read off to us before moving forward with them. Nice people but did not like this shady tactic at all.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Unreliable. Set an appointment for service. Followed up with text and email reminders and a phone call. He responded once and said when he was available and then never showed for the appointment. Didn’t return phone call, email or text messages.
Great service and timely too! Hardworking guys that kept me up to speed with everything that was going on. Highly recommend! They were out until 12:30 in the morning working on my truck to get me down the road. Awesome work!
