I took my Jeep to their shop and Bo replaced the battery in under 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable about the different Grand Cherokee batteries and didn't try to upsell like most places. Excellent service!
Our car battery almost died on our way to a doctor appointment in Shreveport. We found this place on google maps, and the guy changed our battery so quickly, we made it to our appointment on time. Can’t get better service than that!
Once you’ve been here to get a batter y I can’t imagine why you would ever go anywhere else. I’ve used their services for the last decade or so and am always extremely pleased with the service, timeliness, and price.
I purchased a battery for my Mercedes. It worked ,however i didn't like the images nor the tone in which being talk to as a customer. Being a minority and being talk down to and walking around with a gun on your hip is not a good observation for me.
I bought a battery on April 5, 2023 about 2pm. I’ve bought probably 25 batteries over the years from the original owner, the dad!! Well I went into the battery place, the employee, nice guy, says he has a battery, so he commenses to work on the vehicle, 2017 xt5 Cadillac, he said he’s done plenty of these. I took a picture of the battery before he started. Once new battery was installed the car would not crank, the employee worked on it for a while and could not get it to crank!! The owner said he’ll reimburse for the battery!! Then they said put the car in neutral they pushed the car out of the shop and left me stranded with no ride or battery!!! I had to call a Lyft to come get me take me to Cadillac to replace the part they broke $154 and go fix it myself outside of the shop while it was closed. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life to just be left there and the owner to leave without any care for any individual!! I will never return nor will I ever suggest anyone to ever give these people one red cent!! His employee who missed it up at least tried damndest to fix it but his boss was a horrible individual
I brought a battery from them and they put it in my car , not even three weeks later my battery was swollen. When I tried to return it they going to tell me I got it from greenwood rd when I don’t even know where a battery place at on greenwood road nor have I ever been on green wood road to purchase any battery. I always getting my batteries from this place since I got needed a battery. I want never visit them again ! Bad customer service, when clearly you guys in on my bank statement when I got the battery! NEVER AGAIN
Love these guys, been doing business with them for decades. I had an electrical business and had my men stop for quick change outs at a fair price. Still do today as a retired old guy, they always come through.

March of 2021 I took a friend that was in town from out of state and again we had nothing short of exceptional customer service, pricing hadn’t changed, they were just ask quick as my first visit with my niece and again appreciated their business being so readily available.

This is a late posting but a couple of months ago my niece needed a new battery every place we tried was well over $100 for her battery with the exception of KBC and they even stayed open past time for us to make it over there to have her battery changed within 5 mins .... drive to them took longer than them replacing the battery! We are so thankful for those guys, their time, their prices and excellent customer service!!!! We appreciate you and will be back when and if we need to as well as directing all family and friends your way!!
I'm not even sure if they made it through the covid-19 lockdown. I put 1 star cause I went out of my way to go there and it looked like no one had been there in awhile. A couple years back they sold me a dam good battery for half of the retail price. Lasted longer than expected. And 4:30 is a rough time of day to close shop.
Got a car from Elite and the battery died soon as I got home, took it back and got the battery "replaced" and the car died again. Went back and tied into it with the people and they said they get their batteries from here. If it's true, your batteries are no good and if it isn't, you might want to tell them to stop slandering your business name.
I brought a battery when I got home cut the motor off.When I tried to start my car it wouldn't. I went to Auto zone got a battery and I am still riding
