Called and spoke to a lady about buying a new battery on my vehicle and they said it was in stock, when I got there they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted one that was more with a 2 year warranty. I bought the “upgrade” 2 yr warranty battery and only a couple months later the battery is out, my car is not turning on so I call to get it replaced and they told me to bring it in. I left it there for a day to get tested, and they confirmed it was no good, so they gave me another one. Unfortunately same issue, my car doesn’t turn on and went to get it tested at AutoZone instead and they said battery is no good. Ended up purchasing a new battery from Auto Zone instead. They told me this battery I bought from TriState is not even for my car, not satisfied, and won’t be buying from here again.
Woke up to a dead battery thanks to the cold weather. I must've called half of Shreveport to find no one open on a Saturday except for Tristate. I am so pleased with the service and the price. They even loaded it in the car for me. I will be a repeat customer for sure.Why are you still reading this, go now?!?!
Keep up with your paperwork and make sure you within warranty. My battery was 3 days out of warranty and they at first didn't want to do anything for me. After me telling them that the car didn't move other than cranking it for 4 months. They placed it on a slow charge and Battery was fine when left. Be mindful of your warranty.
Had the battery i needed at a good price..no one at the front counter when I arrived..waited about 15 minutes before someone finally showed up...seemed a little busy with different things, but eventually got my battery
Took a while trailer full of batteries to return for extra cash and the place CLOSED at 2pm according to all signs on the windows and online. We arrived at 1:40pm exactly and we're told, "sorry we're already closed for the day." So everyone's time was waisted not to mention the cost of pulling a trailer through town to get there. There was no sympathy after explaining the situation and there was clearly employees there. I'll find somewhere else to return batteries from now on.
They had the best price & service. Other companies were going to charge a $15 fee for removing my old battery and installing the new one. All round quick, top notch service.

While searching the internet for the best price on a CTEK model 3300 battery charger, I found a great "close out" price at Tri-State Battery Supply's website. Even with shipping it was a great price. Their add said it would include some additional accessories AT NO CHARGE. Well, I was on it like ugly on ape. Unfortunately, when the charger was delivered, it did not include any accessories. I called the store to find out why and was politely told there were none. No big deal since I was psyched about the price. About a week later I got an email from LaNita with an apology and letting me know they do have some accessories for me and will send them to me. I called the store and spoke with Hanna. She gave me the USPS tracking number and told me she personally packed and shipped "a big ol' box" of accessories to me today. Even though I live in Pittsburgh, I will definitely use Tri-State Battery Supply for my future battery needs... especially since they're located in the hometown of the all-time best quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Terry Bradshaw.

I purchased a battery from Tri State Battery 3 months ago. I have been batteries from them for the last 20 years. This battery would not hold a charge. So I purchased a new battery charger. Turns out it was the battery. No problem I would simply exchange the battery. Turns out they do not exchange the battery. They wanted me to leave the battery for a couple of days while they charged it on their super duty charger. In essence they do not stand behind their batteries. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BATTERY FROM THEM AGAIN. I do not purchase anything from stores that do not warranty their products. All that would have happened if they were able to get it to charge is it would have died again. That battery just ruined my trip to Lake Fork. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS....!!!!!!
P/U scrap batteries w '53 dry van. Quick to load me & very friendly staff. Down side had to back into dock from busy street. Doughnut shop next door has killer hot made treats.
