I will only take my car to Shreve Cirty Car Care from now on! I moved to Shreveport by myself and when my radiator cracked I was terrified because I don't have family anywhere nearby. Shreve City Car Care got my car in the next morning and just a few hours later I got the call that it was finished! My dad is a mechanic so he did all the business talk with them (via phone) and even he told me these gentlemen are good and honest mechanics with great pricing! They treat you like family and make you feel comfortable. They lay it all out for you so you are confused by when is needed or is getting done
I brought my truck to them on a Friday afternoon. It was a quick fix, but I didn’t have the knowledge or skill to do it. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they have extremely fair rates.

Okay so my girlfriend and I love this place the owner is so good with vehicles he want cheat you out your money he is very knowledge and trustworthy. We feel very safe bringing our vehicle here because he is so honest and we know he want try and play us because we are females. Oh and his wife is sweet also she really made us feel like we had made a great decision trusting him. We will definitely always bring our vehicle here as long as he is in business.

Charged me $235 for an alternator on a 2011 ram 1500. When all parts stores sell them for around $100. I can understand a little up charge, but not double the price. That’s absurd. I will not be returning

Do not recommend. Spent over $1000 here before being told to go to the dealership. No refund or partial refund or even an apology for taking my money and not fixing the problem or even making it a little better. Dealership fixed it and weirdly enough charged me less than this place. Lesson learned.

Great people, great (loyal) customers and excellent car care. The gentlemen in the shop were very helpful, courteous and fixed my car in a very timely manner (even though they had plenty of cars to repair). I do not live in Louisiana, was there to pick up my daughter from BAFB and had a breakdown.
Not only did they repair my car, they checked my tires too, and made sure I was ready for the road...
They were a blessing to me and an example of chivalry and integrity of service

Took the time to find a leak for me and lifted it to watch it while running and stopped to see speed/ progression of leak.. I was out of my home town and he was honest with me and said I didn't have to fix it right then and saved me money, time, and hassle. Thanks so much!!
