Started out a little shaky, took a little longer than it should have, did have some Damage to my Boat from there work being done, in they did cover the damages, that they cause, did question some of the work preformed, in they did them.
J.R. was a great help for my bad situation. On or vacation we had a blow out and apparently we had lost a spring bolt. After calling around he informed us that this was a stock item for them and to come by. Was so glad to here this and went by and he had one of the biggest selections of trailer parts I have seen in a single location. I took my car hauler trailer to tiger axles had multiple repairs did due to hauling car cross country I asked them to repaired anything they seen need to be done after all said and done roughly to be a $1000 dollars after several weeks delivering car my driver called said the wheel had come off on the east coast he took the trailer to the repair shop the mechanic said look as the Carter key wasn’t put end cause the nut to back off after that I immediately Called tiger axle letting them know what happened to my trailer they gave me all kinds of excuses not wanting to except of the responsibility of the mistake of they made now I left holding a repair bill of someone mistake it unfair
What a “God-Send” these people were to us with our fifth wheel trailer! They are honest, hard working, extremely knowledgeable people. They repaired shackles, hangers, and drum brakes. A special thanks to employee JR.

I would like to say how very kind the guys at Tiger Axles are. I was traveling from Colorado to Florida when the hitch, frame on the small utility trailer I was hauling bent in half causing the front of my trailer to fall to the ground. I had a tow truck take the trailer to Tiger Axles and drop it off. It was passed closing time but one of the employees stayed to let me in. Long story short, there was some confusion on what I was going to do with the trailer. After some inspection it was decided that they would fix the frame and was back on the road again in 2 days. They were very though and considerate of my situation.

Matthew did a great job finding a replacement axle for my trailer when everyone else was saying it was 20-24 weeks till I’d get an axle. Saved our trip!
Had my trailer a whole week just to inspect and fix brakes then when I called about trailer said my lights wasn't working wright when lights was working perfect then called me out my name over the phone.I was highly upset and I'm a paying customer on top of that charged me $400.00 dollars and when I picked-up trailer and took home lights was still not working.Had a guy come buy and ground lights correctly in five seconds fixed.I was really upset then.Also one of my parking lights wasn't even working ,add injury to insult!!!!!! I went in for a axle for my boat trailer they made me an axle that’s not strong enough for the weight of my boat axle bowed from day one ate my tires up on the inside wouldn’t replace axle instead tried to charge me to build braces on the axle the warranty don’t mean anything to them just want your money
Driving to Bastrop LA from Justin Tx, and at the rest area on the Tx/La border someone pointed out that one of my tires was completely gone and I was riding on the rim. Fortunately, Tiger Axles was less than 10 miles away and they keep a large inventory. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
They told me up front the cost of replacing wheel bearings on my boat trailer and that’s what the cost was..All their employees were very friendly and expeditiously finished the job..totally satisfied with their work... Pops...
Honest people, great workmanship. Needed wheel bearings repacked. But said bearings were NEV R LUBE & were shot. They offered to make me a set of new axles with new spindles, standard bearings, new brakes and hubs. All in one days time. This work was done on a fifth wheel trailer about to make a 1500 mile journey to North Dakota.
Long story short. Would I recommend them? You are damn right I would!!

Very poor service.... Bought a trailer brand new here and paid cash, tax, title and license included. That was November 17,2015, now it is July 18, 2016 and still no paper work, title or license has been provided. The owner doesn't even know what trailer they sold me. Are these people even legal to do these things? What if I get a ticket, they won't pay it, I will have to for their mistake. No more business there for me.
