Great service, friendly staff, fast, and efficient.
I took my truck in on Monday, and it was done by Thursday. Ross kept in constant contact with me updating me on the services being provided. He explained everything to my understanding. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg neither.

Been going to them when the Dad managed Harold's Auto Repair by Rose Neath Funeral Home, in 1972. Harold closed and O.R. opened his own shop on N. Market. It has grown the right way. From a two car bay to several buildings.
I was quoted $500 less here than a big name chain for new radiator. Definitely worth it! They fixed my car in less than 24 hours. Lovely customer service too.

Never have I had a better experience with an auto repair business. From the wonderful Myra who answers the phone, to Ross, who calls nearly every day with an update on your vehicle's progress (!).
My friend's SUV had severe shifter issues, plus several minor issues as well. To save money (!!!) Ross was able to source the main part from a U Pull it place. So they will go that extra mile for you , even guaranteeing the part and the repair.
I am now an avowed, loyal customer of O.R.'s repair -for life ! And now, my hubby, who has been loyal to the dealership for repairs to his 22 year old truck, is also a convert to O.R.'s auto repair. I Cannot recommend this business highly enough!

I first found this place looking for a specific type of battery. Now I bring my car here almost exclusively. They're honest mechanics and they do good work - and if something isn't quite right, they'll make it right. If you're tired of dealerships and big-name shops milking you, bring your car to O.R.'s. They don't service Subarus or German brands, but my Honda Accord always comes out happy and that means I do, too.
My husband used ORs for years prior to us ever meeting and I too am now a life-long customer. I don’t have to go there often, but when we do, I don’t mind giving them my money because we trust them. There have been instances where they could have charged a lot more for unnecessary work, but they didn’t and are always honest. That’s hard to find in a mechanic!
Locally run and makes you feel like family. They are reasonably priced, get things fixed quickly and efficiently, and give you peace of mind with any repairs. Whatever they are doing, they do it well. It’s nice knowing exactly where to take our vehicles without hesitation.
Used them to get an alternator repaired a few years back. Was pretty quick. Only giving 3 stars because it seems like it's a bit pricier than other mechanics/repair shops for similar service.
Mr. Ross and his team are phenomenal. They have definitely earned my business. I am a customer for life! :) From the initial quote process, to the ease of making an appointment for me to bring my car for repairs. I called 6 auto repair shops and O.R.S. was the only company I felt comfortable with making the repairs to my car. I'm a tough cookie!!! So it's hard to please me in some instances. But I was able to let my hair down, and have good faith with O.R.S.
