Man, I would love to keep these guys a secret, but I'm not calling anyone else to tow my car except these guys. I still can't believe how easy they make it, and the prices are FANTASTIC. if I could give them 10 stars I would. Next time I'll have to take some photos to put on here. I hope they make all the damn money. Great service.
Horrible! Onstar sent these people to tow my vehicle! They loaded my car on a trailer instead of top loader like a professional would! Then when backing it off the trailer the guy scratched both wheels on passenger side & cut 4 inch gash in my tire! Then lied about it. Told Cadillac & Onstar they used a top loader! That’s an outright lie! Beware! And to make matters worse they insulted me when called to discuss the incident. Unprofessional! Horrible Customer Service. I was told they’ve been taken out of rotation & will no
longer be towing any cars for Cadillac after this incident but not sure about Onstar. If you use Onstar better make sure they aren’t sending Bayou Empire-they might tear up your vehicle then lie about it like they did mine!
