Honestly please don’t go here the guy that fixed tire had the wrong bolts and had our tire fall off twice. That could potentially had us in accident . And came and still didn’t fixed it up and we spend 200 and guess what our car had to be towed . Please do not work with this company

I called my insurance company and they sent J&J out, the guy was extremely professional and changed my spare (Range Rover) in less than 30mins. I highly recommend because he found a tire when everything else was closed.
Tire blew out and a really nice man named Michael fixed it in 20 minutes. He then recommended me a tire place and even stayed with me while they fixed it to make sure I got a good deal and was safe. Awesome service.

Ran out of gas, called J&J. He said 35 minutes he’ll be there as he was 35 minutes north of me. Showed up in 32 minutes, delivered gas and followed me up to the exit at the next gas station. Highly recommend J&J. Also gave me a recommendation for best gumbo in town as was spot on. Orlandeauxs btw.

We received the absolute best service from Michael! We blew out two tires on our RV and he arrived within 45 minutes. He got our tires off, mounted back at his shop and then came back to put them on. He was kind and professional. He even helped me look at my oil leak and topped my water off. Best service I’ve ever had in this situation. Highly recommend!
He came out to me on the side of the road less than 15 minutes after I gave him a call. He didn’t have the tools on hand to fix my issue, but he was very professional and polite while doing what he could. I asked him what I owed for the trouble and he told me I didn’t have to pay him anything. Nice people are few and far between these days, so I’m very appreciative. I will absolutely give them a call first if I ever need assistance in the future! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help and aren’t sure who to call. 5/5
My daughter is in Shreveport attending a medical school rotation and her car was side swiped during the night. I called J and J to go change the tire and verify the vehicle safety. They responded quickly, changed the tire and recognized damage that needs to be repaired. Michael called me back explaining what was wrong and sent pictures. He is going to make the repair in the morning which is on a Sunday morning. He has been very easy to work with and accepts several forms of payment. I appreciate having a trustworthy company to call since I am in another State. Thank you very much.

My daughters were stuck on I49 tire blowout from a nail. I was at work at the time and panicked. So I ran across them and gave them a call. They were very prompt and text us someone was on the way. They took good care of them , and back to driving safely. We definitely appreciate it .
The man who helped me was so nice and helpful. It started to rain when he got to me but was insistent i stay in my car out of the rain. He got a new tire for me and put it on very quick. He even checked my other tires to make sure they were good to drive on. Super helpful and kind, I would use their services again.

I was in need of tire repair today. This man straight up saved my day. He was there within 15 minutes, he was able to track down a hard to find tire size and had me back up in about an hour!! I was amazed! Then it came time to pay… that can be a scary thing now a days, but the price was more than reasonable! I added this number to my contacts, I will be using it for all my future needs.
3 months later and the dude is still magic!! This time for me instead of my kid. Fast, quiet, and honest! He is and will be my tire guy from now on.

Absolutely amazing service! Not from Shrevport was stuck on the side of the road called every service in town and they were the only ones that came through for us…. He stayed on the phone and also sent a guy out walked us through till we got the problem solved.. Also had a split tire that his guy help change…Great price and service….. Awesome and reliable roadside service. Got stranded on I20 with a broken belt and belt tensioner. I Called them and he arrived within 20 min. Went to Freightliner dealer to pickup parts and replaced it fast. Thank you Michael.
We were traveling down I-20 when We ripped the tread right off the tire… the fender, tail light and license plate on the trailer was completely damaged. It was getting late sun was going down places were closing. J&J roadside assistance was on site within 30 minutes of my phone call. He is very professional and knowledgeable he not only fix the tires he stop by a parts house and got me supplies that I would need while I was on the road at no extra charge… You can tell that this is not just a business to him he genuinely enjoys helping people in need.
