  My vehicle broke down at a Circle K gas pump of all places, I had already waiting 3 1/2 hours for an insurance dispatched call to only be told it was going to be longer because police calls took precedence....I actually called another company, that young lady said hold on and called Port City to inquire if their roll back was available...I called them myself and within 30 minutes rollback and driver was onsite, got vehicle to the dealership, gave me me my receipt and was so helpful when I was so irritated ...I will recommend them again and again for their service

  These people are horrible and we are working to get them shut down due to shady and poor business practices. My mom has been waiting for 2 months for a receipt to turn in to her insurance company. The insurance company went ahead and paid her, but this bogus business didn't make it easy for our insurance company. No decent communication. No manners. Utterly horrible bogus business. I warn everyone not to use these clowns.

  I have never seen or dealt with a more Disgusting, and noncommunicating company. They do not want to pay their employers what they should be paid and want to lie on their 1099’s because they’re trying to write everything off as a loss because they are losing everything. The people that own this company also have a transporting service, lawn care service and try to work on vehicles. Do not use them for any thing all they will try to do is screw you over. This company deserves zero stars but in order to write a review I had to give them a star.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. My husbands truck broke down 10/14/16 on the side of an interstate. Really long story short, we waited almost 3 hours for these guys to get to us. The original ETA was 1 hr to 1 hr 15 minutes. They never showed and never called. We waited for 1 hr 30 min to ask about an ETA, then after waiting for a total of 2 hours we were then forwarded to voicemail. Our insurance provider said they should be in the area at this point and to wait just a little longer....looks like First Wave never even drove out to begin with!! I am DISGUSTED with their lack of customer service and care. They are in the towing business but don't want to do towing work! Ridiculous! Will never recommend this business to anyone for any type of work.
