On top of the 140 dollar hook fee 18 dollar gas fee 40 dollar admin fee and 30 something dollar storage fee...they made me wait 15 mins to get started on my paperwork for retrieval so they can charge another 60 for a gate fee 5 dollars for paper fee and 15 to use a credit card. Then told me I couldn't get the car unless it moved under it's own power. I believe they wanted to steal my 73 Chevelle and either keep it for themselves or auction it. Good thing I could pay the jacked up fees and drive it away. Probably would have had to involve the police but they seem pretty shady
Im sure the service they offer is great, But the secretary Rachel is very very rude...she hung up on us twice then got loud and obnoxious when we were simply asking questions...also they keep your car over the weekend and you have no way to get it becaise theure closed and charge you on top of that on days that they won't allow you to get it because yheyre closed....once again Rachel is the rudest person I've ever encountered on the phone representing a company.....if you don't feel like doing your job correctly then simply do not show up...better than being rude as he'll...I recomend an easier to deal with company
Mericle’s Towing was an absolute miracle!! We had been broken down on the side of I-20 for hours, dealing with roadside assistance and another towing company that was terrible and essentially left us stranded at 3:00am. I called Mericle’s and the dispatcher quickly picked up and was able to assist. He had a truck en route right away. The driver was fantastic!! By the time he arrived it was around 4:00am and he had been asleep in bed before getting the call for service. He was alert, ready to go, friendly, and professional! I would absolutely recommend Mericle’s Towing to anyone in need of towing services!
Came out at 130 in the morning in the rain and got my husband's truck out of a ditch. Even though it was a pain and took them digging in the mud they got it out and towed to our home. So thankful for them.

Terrible dispatcher and Representative Service on Phone! Were given a certain ETA through my Insurance Portal and were told through text that a "Provider should have Arrived" some timing thereafter. No one was Present outside;no one ever came. I called the number provided in text and were disrespected immensely right away. Were told that Time of Arrival would be 2 hours later than original time given. And there was no clear reasoning as to why I received commumication that Someone had Arrived when they werent anyone Present. Need better communication and customer servicing skills throughout. Will STILL utilize Service If needed but Definitely not my 1st Choice.

Was quite impressed!! They said 30 mins to a hour and he was there in less than that. He was professional and took great care with my husband's truck. Hopefully will never need a tow again, but if so, they will be who I call. The prices are very reasonable also.
My car had broke down and I had called around easily the best prices around at least 50 cheaper than any competition driver was nice and very friendly no damage to my car at all. Very professional. We had a truck broke down on the bridge, they got there fast and got the truck to a safe spot. Their price was very reasonable. Mericles is only company we will call in that area.

I needed a tow due to a flat tire and my insurance contacted two different tow companies, but no luck. I contacted Mericles Towing LLC and they took such great care of me and their rates are very reasonable!! I would definitely recommend their service!
I have Geico insurance and have used Mericles Towing at least 3 times in the last 2 years. I've never had to wait longer than an hour. The dispatchers have excellent customer service. This is the worst towing company in ever! Had a blowout on Thanksgiving Had insurance company set up appointment to be towed @ 8 am the day after. Was told that they would contact me. No call from them. Called them @ 752 am to let them know I was on my way to the vehicle. They told someone was on the way and reminded me that it wasn’t 8am. (Sarcasm) Called back @8:31 and was told “I was just about to dispatch you a driver.” That he was close to me. So this time I called the insurance company back and they called the towing company this time, My insurance company informed me that I would get a call from CiCi who has been dispatching all morning It’s now 9:15 and I’m finally get a spare put on so I can drive to a tire shop to get a new tire! So not happy
They were a great team but even damaged my trailer song whenever they moved it not really anybody's fault he offered to give me run of his RV graveyard to fix it. That showed me right there what kind of company and owner I was dealing with great company great owner. I would recommend them to anyone I give them five stars.
Had to get my car towed to repair shop- another towing company was supposed to pick it up earlier but didn’t have all the equipment needed to move the car (couldn’t put it in neutral- total electrical failure). I called Mericle’s and explained the situation and they said not a problem- driver was very knowledgeable about cars and towing-got me hooked and on the truck bed and delivered my car safely to the shop and there wasn’t a long wait for pickup-
This Company is Great recommended to me by A&M Motors who use them frequently to transport their cars that they buy. I called and I spoke to Branie on the phone who kept me Calm and reasured me and gave me good advice and was patient and and answered all my questions and the towtruck driver name was Jake he was an excellent driver and even helped me push the car in position. I just think these people were tremendous and they were speedy and expeditious in the services they provided very professional people & Eazy payment thru a link too my phone.
I never had to deal with a flat tire and Im stressed because I’m having a baby Saturday! They made it super easy ! I had a 3 hour wait time but they came in a hour !!! The tower was great as well and friendly ! Easy payment process if you don’t have cash on you !! Samantha ness helpful and didn’t sound annoyed that I called like 5 times !! Thanks for your help !! Car is back home and fixed !
