Luke is the best. My trunk (2010 Camry) wouldn't open. He came in and got it fixed. He showed my son how to do fix the problem as well. Luke also spoke words of wisdom. Thank you Luke.

Every single time my car break down after 12 am like rite now tonight . They Macspeed Tow do not deliver to the name …… it’s ashame you have black owned businesses and you wanna support and this is with AAA!!! Oh, whenever he got working at night need a day job because the owner is awesome But his truck drivers suck at night time!!!
This was my first time needing a tow, I call several places and they quoted me 150-180, the price was reasonable and the service was awesome, Very quick and helpful, my driver took the cake though he was an amazing young man and I will call them or refer them to anyone,Thanks guys
We were stuck on a busy road and Macspeed was there so quickly to pick us up and tow the car to the shop. Highly recommend!!! Very friendly too!

This is not something I normally do, just never really thought too much about it but I felt it was necessary, I feel like they deserve it, I recently purchased used motorhome and used my AAA plus RV to get it towed to my place and AAA sends Mac speed towing out, it was really job that needed special truck Big enough to tow it and maneuver it around and there's just not a lot of companies that tow RVs in this area because of this and any of them that do is not easy,not cheap, but Mac speed towing is AAA #1 go to that they're going to send first every time you request tow, and it's great thing they do because these people went above and beyond to get My RV towed, they came out after they had worked all day to figure out how to get my RV moved and I'm telling you it was not simple lil back up and hook to it and roll out, nor was it easy to put it where I had to have it towed to, I was there entire time and it was quite an ordeal,, but when I tell you that these people knew what they were doing and went wayy out of their way to move this rv for me, if anyone else had of been sent out, I guarantee you it would still be setting there needing to be towed, they spent several hours, literally moving this rv and this was after they had worked all day and supposed to be home, and that tuff spot I needed it put in when they got it there, well it is setting there like it was made especially for my RV and no one can believe that they put it there like they did, they truly truly went above and beyond for me and I would recommend you call them like AAA does for your towing needs in future if needed too, you will be glad you did, you can't go wrong with Mac speed towing, they are the real deal, they're the reason I felt the need to leave review, I felt they earned it and deserved it. Macspeed towing will tow you with a double blow out, drop you in the parking lot when there are 2 empty bays (claim there were none available even when you saw the empty bays with your own two eyes) then say just jack it up and change it yourself but they were paid for a service they didn't complete. I could have loaded the tires up in the back of my other truck and gone to the tire shop faster than the chaos they created for me in a double blowout situation. I spent 11:45-4pm at the tire shop getting new tires because I was trying to figure out how I get tires changed when the shop can't touch my vehicle in the parking lot (their insurance policy doesn't cover that)
I’m actually from out of town. I had two tires blow out of my car. I called AAA They sent me at this company. They were so quick and showed up within 20 minutes, maybe less with a flatbed, I was so happy they got there soon as they did because I had three kids in the car and the driver. Paul is very nice so I wanna give Paul five stars. He towed the car when we needed to go and he was very friendly and very nice and they are very efficient, so thanks for the great experience since I’m so unfamiliar with this area
I’ve used Macspeed through AAA twice in the last week when my car broke down in the floods. I can’t remember the first man’s name but Shawn was the other. Both of them were very helpful and professional. Shawn even fixed my previously broken bumper! Highly recommend!
I have used this service a couple times recently with AAA roadside assistance. They are absolutely outstanding! Their service providers are knowledgeable. For example, Jason recently came out to jump my battery and pointed out other issues that were causing my car problems. I was blown away! The repair person I hired was impressed that Jason was precisely correct in diagnosing the issues. My car has since been repaired. I am grateful that this business goes above and beyond in helping roadside customers. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Thank you Paul for changing my flat tire. I was on my way to get my granddaughter from school when I got the dashboard message of tire malfunction. Made it close enough to walk to school. Called AAA, and response time was reasonable. Paul knew exactly how to place my spare on with the spare lug nuts. And made sure the spare had plenty of air. Thanks again Paul.

Excellent service and professionalism. On 09/30/2023 Tim came by promptly to assist me with my flat Hyundai tire and unfortunately we were unable to get it off due to my lock key being stripped. I knew I'd need to try AAA again because without the lock key working I was unable to change to my spare. Tim took it up on himself to contact his boss who has the tool we needed to remove the lock lug nut and advised me to try again today 10/01/2023.
I did as he suggested and Tim was even willing to let me text a few times just to make sure I sent him photos for his boss to be able to verify what I needed. The boss and another associate came through today and got the job done. God is great and Macspeed Towing did an outstanding job.

It took Macspeed 1.5 hours to get to us for roadside assistance. The estimate was 60 mins. My tire was completely torn off the rim. A man drove by in a navy Hyundai Santa Fe and called me to say he couldn’t change the tire where I was, so I had to drive 1/2 mile on a bare rim for the man to not even greet us, but to automatically open the back doors in my truck to find out where the tools were to change the flat. Mind you, we were in an Enterprise rental so we had no idea where the tools were located. Apparently this company doesn’t even keep their own tools on them to change a flat and completely relies on the broken down car? Nonetheless, the man refused to provide us service because WE didn’t have the necessary tools in the truck to change the flat. Could he have towed us? No, because he was in a SUV and had the smallest sticker on the back that identified themselves as “Macspeed Towing”. They eventually came back to tow us 2.5 hours later. I’ve never dealt with a business that was so unprofessional and unprepared to change a tire.
This company went way out of their way to help us out. I highly recommend this business. 10/10 wouldn’t call any other tow service in the area. These guys really make things happen.
They just randomly pulled up walked in my yard didn't knock on my door or anything. Start touching on vehicle and walked back to his truck. I went outside I asked why was he there he lied and stated he works for the City of Shreveport doing towing. Then he drove off. I called the owner of Macspeed Towing talked to him he said he didn't know why his driver and truck was at my house in my yard trying to steal my vehicles from my home and that they do not work or tow for the city of Shreveport. This is truly sad, ridiculous, and unheard of.
