I spoke to Joe on the phone I had a flat tire when I got home. He was very polite very well spoken and told me that he would have somebody out here shortly to get my car fixed. Josh showed up and was very polite and got my tire fixed for me and no time flat. I would absolutely recommend Twin City Towing to anyone!

I was stuck in a bind after AmerWash on Pines Rd left my truck with two flat tires. Twin City Towing was recommended by Futrell's Towing. Gave them a call, Brandon answered immediately Asked my issue and location, gave me a ETA and arrived less than a hour after call was made. Once arrived Brandon was fast as lighten loading my truck safe and securely. I will highly recommend Twin City and Brandon to anyone that needs a dependable towing company
Someone came out to help me with my old Mazda. It was hot, everything was closed, and my baby needed to get home. Took very little time, he was extremely kind, and even showed me how to fix the problem for the future. I am extremely appreciative.

The service granted was great being that it was after hours and storming. The guy showed compassion and apologized for having to tow my vehicle out of my job's parking lot, wishing that I had been informed of cars been towed out of the physicians parking. It was a $201. Not well spent being that money was just spent on my child's graduation and a recent knee knee surgery.
I had a lot of issues w the situation of the car t involved in this tow and they helped me the best thy cld to gt answers I needed or wanted even after the fees had bn paid and car had bn removed from their lot .. I really appreciated they're help..
When the tower came to the scene he was extremely rude to my 78year old mother. Yelled at her and accused her of having a wreck, when in actuality it was my son's car and he wasn't in a wreck. His car just stopped. But he never asked just assumed and belittled. I will never use this service.
Had no problems with them, they were polite and knowledgeable, used a flatbed for my Mustang and they have a good rate of $70 anywhere in the Shreveport/Bossier area which is nice.
I had a flat and they came and fixed it and was there within 10 minutes. Picked right up on the first ring. The man that I spoke with was so gracious with me. I was crying my eyeballs out and he treated me with the utmost respect. A very nice man came in his own vehicle to change my tire. I am especially appreciative to them for what they did for me. The flat was a bad ending to a hard day and they made it so much better.
They came in a timely manner like they said they would. They pulled my car and parked it in front of my house the way I asked him to and I was not there, I had to go to work. Left my keys where I asked him to leave them and everything was at a reasonable price. Great service great attitude will always recommend them to someone.
I had issues with my car, and the towing service quickly helped me get it back to my apartment. The next day, the tow truck driver came and helped me solve the problem when trying to give the car a jump, what would have been a tow to a mechanic turned into discovering it's a $5 fix at most. Would definitely recommend for kind and quick service.
My BMW died on I20 on the bridge over Red River in 5 PM traffic Brandon was there with the tow truck in less than 10 min got it loaded and took it to the shop SUPER FAST SUPER PROFESSIONAL I renamed him. HERO!! I would recommend them to anyone. !!!Thank You Brandon.
At 1am I was told it would take an hour for a tow to arrive. After waiting this amount of time, my phone calls were no longer answered when I tried to confirm that they would still show up. Would not recommend.
Brandon from Twin City Towing was awesome! We called at 10:30pm, and he was there within 15 minutes. He rescued our car from deep mud without damaging it using a creative idea and professional manner. Would recommend this company highly.

Lady who answered the phone said someone would be at my location in 30 to 45 minutes, time went by called back and she rudely said it would be at least another hour then proceeded to tell me to call someone else. Never call this company, save your self a head ache call south caddo towing 688 2887 had me unstuck in 30 minutes from time of calling.
