Called at 6:00 in the morning for a flat a very nice Lady worked with my situation and said the tow would be for $129 but at the time we didn’t know what tire company was open/had the tires I needed so we told her we would call back after that was sorted a man was on the phone proceeded to tell us he was slow and to be patient with him and then said that we have to pay $200+ for a tow despite the lady telling us different and then proceeds to lie and say that there’s no record of us calling beforehand
Called for a tow and the lady in the office was wonderful to deal with and the driver was very patient and very polite. The guys name was Brent and we will definitely use this company again. We had several questions and Brent answered them and gave several suggestions. And they had a really good response to also.
Great experience and incredible service. Our van tire got flat. Got their service from road side assistance of enterprise. The guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped in every way possible and make us comfortable and got our replacement van back on time. Highly recommended
Came to tow us through AAA after a small wreck, ended up helping us by bending our bumper back in place so we could drive away! Grateful for their help and their out of the box thinking

The dispatchers were both friendly and professional, ensuring I was fully informed about all fees upfront- no surprises, just transparency. I had my car towed from Haughton to Ruston for a reasonable price, but what truly made the experience outstanding was their driver, Dustin. He was an all-star- kindhearted, respectful, and highly professional. Dustin didn't waste a second getting to me and kept my updated every step of the way. I called and they got to me within 30 minutes. The gentleman over the phone was so sweet and nice and very knowledgeable. They are very fast , accurate and dependable. The gentleman that was sent out to me to help with my car troubles , he was fast , understanding and very helpful. He even told me what the real issue is with my vehicle .

Huge shout out to this company. Last night I had Ray as a driver. I own 2010 Mustang GT I lost a caliper bolt and was stranded on the side of I20 westbound. This gentleman was extremely professional, easy to talk to. And knew his job extremely well, even gave me some mechanical advice that I wasn’t sure about. Kerrington helped me replace my battery today, to my great surprise the previous people to replace the battery had installed the wrong one and place a piece of wood beneath the battery to ensure it would lock in.
He took his time to explain what was going on, install it appropriately and ensure that the car would start up correctly.
I greatly appreciated his help prompt help this morning.
They came to help me super fast and were super friendly. I was helped by Kerrington and he came much quicker than the original eta I was given from AAA. Replaced my battery quickly and answered any and all questions I had. High recommend their services in the future.

Found myself and my grandkid stranded in Shreveport with a dead battery. Within 20 minutes Kerrington pulled up, tested the battery with a multimeter showed me the result on the unit, supplied and installed a new battery while using a backup battery to ensure the car computer memory would not be lost. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He entertained us peering over his shoulder while answering all of our questions. I never imagined having a dead battery would make my day. I highly recommend 318 Towing (also a AAA approved business).

One of their drivers kept me from merging onto the highway and started driving aggressively when I had to squeeze in, putting not only my own but other drivers lives at risk, and the customers vehicle at risk. If you're okay with someone going out of their way to bully other drivers on the highway and potentially get in an accident with your vehicle, I would highly recommend this company.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My son was stuck on the side of the road and they did not hesitate to make sure he was taken care of. Before I was even off the phone with them and before payment was made, the driver was already enroute to him. Thank you so much for your kindness and treating my son like your own.
I requested battery service twice over a few days. Both times, I got help from friendly and knowledgeable Kerrington. He arrived very quickly and talked me through the options. The first time, he gave me a jump and I was on my way. The second time, he replaced my battery on-site. Great job, thank you!

Popped a tire on hour 2 of a 13 hour road trip due to some very dry rotted tires. Kerrington got there quickly and had me on my spare to drive to a tire shop in less than 20 minutes. He was super polite and helpful. Awesome guy!
I live in the military base, and the longest part of the process is literally sponsoring them on the base. My parents went to visit me and we locked the key inside the car by accident, called triple A, Carrington came through and got the car unlocked in less then 2mins.
Service was great. It was a terrible day for me I was on a 16 hour road trip from Texas to Georgia in 1 day and along the way I somehow locked my self out of my car at a gas station and my dog was in my car. Kerrelton was a homie tho. Showed up quickly and he got straight to work immediately and there I was on my way within 20 minutes of locking my self out

I had another tow company that I called and they said the driver would call me shortly. An hour later I called back and the rude operator said that the driver had 2 tows in front of me,wait what...I called 318 towing along with the other company and I should have went with 318 towing in the first place because they had my car at my house within the hour and Bryan my tow truck driver gave me a courtesy call every step of the way. If you need a responsive professional tow company 318 towing is the one to call, I know I will. By the way I do not work for 318 towing and I am not a family member. There just that good. Thanks guys..
This company is absolutely unbelievable. Get my car towed to the dealership at least I thought at 130 it's now 5 and still hasn't shown up. Totally rude and interuptive over the phone with no regard at all to my needs for 142 dollars. The service department closes at 530. Now can't have it fixed till Wednesday. They should inform you if they are gonna tow other cars in between your drop off. Don't deserve this at all.
I give my highest recommendation to this business. Very professional and courteous which I really appreciated. Prompt and excellent communication. Such a comfort to know what is going on start to finish. I would not hesitate to call on them again. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Top notch!!!!
Amazing service! I accidentally sent too much money to them, and they called me right back and told me and sent it back to me. You cant buy that honesty now a days! Very nice and easy to work with!
These guys were the best! Wednesday was a terrible day for me. I've never used their service before, I am an out of towner. But hands down from start to finish Jason and Randall gets the job done. Customer Service was great, it was genuine and kind. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.
