I did not get to meet this nice man for he wasn't there when we went to get car. But,his son-in-law was there, & he was very helpful, knowledgeable, & nice too. Needed a tow after my car wouldn't start at Wal-Mart.....very fast and friendly service.....from the time I called to the drop off of my car was less than an hour....definitely would use again if needed and would recommend
I would give 10 stars if they would let me!!! Thanks is not enough for the amazing help and service I received!!! My car broke down on the side of the road and they got over to me quickly and even helped me find a shop that could get to the repair right away. Could not have been happier with the friendly customer service from the drivers to the office staff, the rates were really terrific too. I was seriously upset and they did everything possible to help get my vehicle taken care of, going above and beyond. It's so good to know there's still companies out there that care about their customers and are not just out to make money. Will definitely use for all our towing needs!
These people are awesome! They got my big box truck out of the mud in 15 mins! They even went above and beyond to come help me at 11:30 at night and I appreciate it so much. They were even the most affordable out of all the places I called.and the most polite. I highly recommend them. Calling anyone else is just a waste of time.
Wrights is the only towing company you need. I as in desperate need of a tow truck for my husband Dodge Ram. Wrights came as promised and they didn't lie about having someone to come and get the truck . The price was reasonable also the cheapest I could get with professional and good service. The tow truck guy was very professional and nice.
Towing service was great. Gentleman that assisted me was patient. He ended up towing and dropping off for me quickly once ready. Amount for distance involved was a little more than expected.
