Was traveling from out of town and we didn’t know what we were going to do we have 2 small children an Mr.Charles the manager came to our rescue. he was so polite and understanding even with our sleepy bored children that were being out of control. It is rare to find such a great person to help you out in your time of need. Thank you Charles YOU ROCK!!! And you deserve a Raise and recognition

Our vehicle unexpectedly began experiencing issues, which led us to choose your location, and we are very pleased with our decision. The premises are notably clean and well-organized. Mr. Charles and his team provide excellent service, and we could not ask for better assistance. We received all the help we required and more, leaving us very satisfied. I had the opportunity to visit this location on two separate occasions for entirely different issues, and on both visits, Mr. Keith Caldwell provided exceptional assistance. Each time, he went above and beyond to resolve my concerns with efficiency, professionalism, and a level of service that truly stands out. I needed a new battery for my 2021 Mazda and went to the dealership to get one. I was told it would cost $395 with $160 of it being labor. I knew this was not right. Then I went to my AutoZone in Haughton and Scott, the manager, was amazing. He tested my battery, and advised me of my options. Then he installed the battery in the 100 degree weather! The cost was half the price of the dealership. I'll be back the next time I need a battery!
I needed a battery- and a cheap one. This stores lowest priced battery in stock was $180. They got another from their Shreveport location and had in my car in leas than 30 minutes. The customer service was impeccable. I will continue to shop here for that reason alone. Kim B. And Shaun Weems were outstanding.
I received poor service and the wrong part although we called to place the part on hold. The young man that assisted me didn't look up the phone number associated with the part I placed on hold and gave me the wrong part. I'm very disappointed and don't plan to visit here again. I took my business to O'Reilly's where they don't mind assisting you and give you the proper auto parts.
The younger guy was very nice when checking me out but there was an older fella who was very rude.. He rolled his eyes at an elderly man while I was in there and treated my boys like they were dumb when asking about a tool for a bike chain :/
I came back to this store because the young man yesterday was nice enough to assist me. I gave this store 1 star today because no one acknowledged me when I came in. There were 3 employees. One manager and two staff. Three other people came in and were addressed with “Hello” “How can we help you?” I guess I was wearing my mask so they did not wish to speak to me. But hey! None of them had their masks on. Since the young man that helped me yesterday, I decided to still buy something. The other part I was looking for was not available and I was told to check back in a few days because they have to unload their truck. I decided to just go to OReilly. I’m so glad they are opening a store in Haughton next to Becky Ann’s. Now they will have 2 stores in between Autozone and I can go to either one to my convenience. Needless to say, I did go to OReilly and the manager Billy addressed me as soon as I walked in, the 2 other staff even though they were assisting customers they still said hi. I will not be returning to this Autozone or any other ones in the area. They have lost my business due to their lack of customer service. In times like this with everyone buying online due to Covid, how can a business afford to lose any sales..? I guess they can.
I went to haughton autozone and went to go inside and the bigger guy working (pretty sure a manager, big ol boy) was straight up cursing an employee AS he was trying to help someone else. another customer. so I took my business elsewhere. The guy who was getting yelled at kept his cool tho but idk how, I'd have snapped back
I just stopped at this AutoZone and purchased a case of windshield washer fluid. The insects are terrible this time of year and my windshield stays filthy. I walked in the shop and all of the employees greeted me when I walked through the door, and all of them had face coverings on which was a sigh of relief for me. The store is immaculately clean and very well-stocked and I will continue to shop here.
3 people working - 1 outside changing a battery, 1 talking about batteries, and 1 in the back... nobody on the register with 20+ people in line. I went to the shamrock store and didn't wait at all.
I've been here twice and received GREAT service each time, the parts experts are knowledgeable helpful and efficient! Today my expert installed my combo running lights/high beams and also my new wiper blades. I mentioned getting the brighter headlights because I drive 50 miles to work in the dark year round and worry about deer and other wildlife and my expert suggested the deer deterants that makes a sound that scares them off as your car approaches so I bought a 2 pack to install myself! I was extremely happy with the service I received! If I knew my expert's name I would give him Kudos!!
John and Kent were very helpful, we came in with a battery issue and they fixed it right away. We came in really close to closing, and they were nothing but friendly. I recommend everyone to join auto zone hwy 80 for any of your vehicle's needs.
It's AutoZone. If you need something generic and quick like car wash soap or oil this is your place. If you need anything else like specific auto parts or quality tools, there are better stores.
They don't call when you're parts come in and wrong part was ordered. Each time I called I got a different person that had no idea about the status of my order. It's better to look up the part you need and order it off eBay motors site. AutoZone price: 85.00, eBay 67.50 total.
Went in store on 11/25/19 and the employees were friendly and the store was clean and organized. The employee..sorry I forgot his name..answered all my questions and helped me find everything I needed. He even helped me with putting things in and on the car. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this store.
My family and I want to commend and thank the awesome employees at this AutoZone. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Kevin Roberts the Store Manager for going above and beyond the call of duty and doing something that is not the norm just to help a guy on the other end of the phone that he had never met or spoken to before. If not for his actions yesterday evening I most likely would not have made it home to my family last night. I don’t normally think of people as hero’s like I did when I was a kid but Mr. Kevin you are considered a hero in my book now. I’ve never been to the store but I can guarantee I will be stopping in for a visit when I am in the area again. Stop in next time you need a part for your car and ask for Mr. Kevin, shake his hand and you are shaking the hand of a hero.
Had a great visit this time. Looking for a specific bolt for my trailer. After sone searching the young man there found the bolts I needed. Saved me driving to town.
On hold for 15 mins.. I get it, you're helping a customer.. But I've never seen a customer take 15 min. Lost my business.
Don't thank me for shopping at Autozone because I didn't.
Can't believe I have an Auto Zone so close to Dogwood now! Really excited! The original one shop stop for basic to near advanced auto maintenance and upgrades. Store is clean and customer service is welcoming and nice. Rare around here.
