I wouldn’t even buy a dog bone there they some scammers frfr. I saw with my own eyes, Jason And the other man in Bossier, both of some scammers do not I repeat do not buy a vehicle from them at all. I don’t care if you walking you better go buy a tricycle. Than they charged me thousands of dollars more than what this post say… This car was raggedy as hell (straight lemon) come to find out the car have been wrecked with a savage title??

I had to give a one-star rating because there was no zero option. My son bought a Chevy Cruze from there a year ago, and in that year, he's spent $5000 on repairs. The initial price they charged was quite high, but considering the issues, it's not worth it. If you're thinking of going to JJ's, don't walk- run for your life.

Every time I visit to get a vehicle either the owner is rude or staff take over a week to answer you or tells you by tomorrow 4 times in a row either they don't understand how the car sales work or they plain don't car and think there isn't other pay here buy here car lot ? ? ?

i don’t recommend getting a car from this place . i got my car in may and it had issues . the starter was messed up and the car began to make loud noises . a waste of my money . these people do not care about anyone’s situation , only money . buying a lemon from here could potentially lead you stuck on the side of the road with you kid(s) , and/or family/friends . beware .

Waring do not go to this company to buy a vehicle cause they are some real live crooks and all they do is lie. We brought a truck from there only had it for a month and a half a the torque converter is going out and we took it back and then the owner going to tell us to keep driving it and bring it back Monday and when we brought it back and dropped it off and they never did anything to it and we went back that Friday and the mechanic lied to us in our face and said that he had talked to the warranty department and said that they didn't want to fix it so we called the warranty department and they said haven't nobody called them except for us..So when we confronted them about the lies they was telling they still lying so we took our truck and taking it to another shop so beware do not buy a vehicle from these crooks. They want you to keep driving so it can tear all the way up and then say you tore it up and then want to make you pay for it out of pocket so beware of these crooks that's y they reviews are so bad cause they are crooks they own this one and the one on old minden road as well

Todd and Cat were extremely helpful in getting my car! I’m very pleased with them and the AMAZING customer service! You don’t find that much these days! Both were very knowledgeable and helped get me in exactly what I wanted!!

I got a vehicle from here was easy to get in fell in love with the car until a week later the motor in the window stop working and I couldn’t let my window up. I had to place a bag over the window on raining days. Told the seller Mr.Coleman very funny man by the way, the issue I was having stated they will order a part and fix it NEVER called or fix the part. A month pass and as it begin to heat up notice the Air ONLY blew cold on the passenger side. Stated my issue once again and was ignored. Lastly went to get a wheel alignment and turns out it needs control arms and it’s not safe to drive with them the way they were I only had the car 3 months. So no trade in for me and was just out of 3,000. True enough the process was easy to get into but with the amount you pay a month and the issue the car have is not worth it when you have to also put money into it. If you choose to purchase a vehicle from here please BE AWARE those cars are sold as is you never know the wear and tear the previous owner put on the car until you get it. *side note*(21000 for a 2013 was crazy when brand new cars are around the same and no issues ) but hey it was worth a shot

This place sells lemons avoid them. I bought a truck two weeks ago and it already has me stuck on the side of the road update: Truck needs a new a transmission and they basically told me I'm on my own. I've had the truck a month now. Only drove the truck for a week in a half. Paying notes on a vehicle I only drove for a week in a half and has been in the shop the last two weeks needing a new transmission which i was told would cost me another $4500 is very frustrating.

Crooks don’t trust anything they say. They sold me a truck that they said belonged to the owner. The day I bought it it lost a front tire on cross lake bridge and I almost hit the wall. It has a big lift and would have went over the wall. It started not shifting and was leaking transmission fluid everywhere and only had 3 bolts holding the transmission to the block. Wheel speed sensor were cut all joints had to be replaced. Front driveshaft. Alternates replaced Front driveshaft and all bushing and new front wheel bearings. Truck is still having issues and I’ve had it over two years and I haven’t put 500 on it yet

Make sure you guys ask for Ms. Shannon , She’s AWESOME . They have great financing options , great vehicles & she very honest & sweet . ☺️

DO NOT buy vehicles from these people. I personally know three people excluding myself that bought vehicles here only for them to fail within six months. I’m talking life endangering failure. I bought a truck from these people that threw a tire doing 70. Nearly lost my life. Further investigation showed they used part house spacers at $9 a piece. They buy these vehicles damaged at auction patch them up enough to drive off the lot and sell them to the naive. They will hustle you out of a down payment. If you have no choice be sure to exercise the lemon law. Run the vehicle through the wringer for 29 days if it doesn’t hold up bring it back and get your money back. Someone should report them to The better business bureau before it cost someone their life. Be advised they’re funded by bossier federal credit union another corrupt institution preying on the vulnerable. Bad business all the way around.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY SOLD ME A 2018 CHEVY SUBURBAN FROM THEM. I HAD TEST DROVE IT GOT MY SPEED UP AND THAN IT SAID THE TRANMISSION WAS RUNNING HOT BARELY GOT IT BACK TO THEM. TOLD THEM THEY SEEN IT AND NOW THEY SAYING NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD IT 30 day yet it was only 8 days when it went completely out

I would like to shine some light on this company. Some of these reviews are negative, and in no way a representation of the service I received. Most people only leave reviews after a negative encounter, and don't give the full story to the issue. I recently purchased a car from J&J, the car had multiple issues that they were unaware of. I brought the car back with a list of the problems, and with no questions asked they put me in a new vehicle. The process was quick and it took me longer to swap my insurance than it took them to get me in a new car. Overall these are great people to do buisness with and I'll be coming back.

Worked with Chase to purchase my vehicle. Very nice, personable guy. It was the day after 4th of July so they were busy. So far, I’m happy with my purchase.

Do NOT buy from this lot. I drove several hours down to this place to buy a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and this is what the oil fill cap looked like. Check what you’re buying from this place before you drive off or you could be in bad shape. If you’re in the market for a Tacoma. Do not look at the black 2008. You won’t make it far.

John is awesome . Every couple of years we go and get another vehicle from him and he always works us out a deal that fits our budget. If he doesn’t have exactly what we are looking for he will make sure to notify us when he has the opportunity to get what we want. He works with you when the budget is tight at times and doesn’t get greedy when it’s not. Highly recommend!!

STAY AWAY! I literally read the bad reviews and gave this place a chance. I was sold a lemon! After putting money down and paying my note, a month and a week after having it, it broke down. The car literally wouldn’t move everything had locked up. The repair shop had to come get me off the side of the road 3 times. I called spoke to John and he said he would come pick it up. Four days later I called to check on it and spoke with John he said he was under the impression I was turning it in. Why would I turn in a vehicle I’d just purchased. Told me there was nothing he could do about it. Could have offered some of my money back. $3000 down the drs for a months use. DO NOT buy a 2010 GMC TERRAIN if you see it on the lot. The air knobs do not work, so you can’t change from air to heat nor adjust the temperature. The sunroof is welded shut. The vehicle lasted enough for me to test drive it. 20 miles after purchase it had 3 indicator lights come on. When car broke down and wouldn’t move I spoke with John about picking it up and fixing it he said okay. I go a week later to pickup my things it’s in trash bags with bleach all over my belongings. He has yet to call me back. Please stay away don’t give them the opportunities to scam you. I literally never got to get a registration or license plate

WROST BUSINESS EVER There is more than issues we discussed after I purchased car. Asked for my down payment back even offered to pay for the 75 miles i put on car and he refused. Told me I could back out but he would keep my money. They agreed to replace tires on Jan. 26th and it's Feb 13th. He never ordered them or followed through. Told him about blow out on Friday and no response, Told me he was in hospital one time, the tire man was out of town(spoke to him and that was a lie), and all the sudden no rental program anymore. My children and I are in a bind and he has no care. I hope no one takes advantage of his daughter or granddaughter the way they did me.

No stars. My boyfriend and I showed up to J&J's on Saturday, 11/12/22. Cash in hand for a Dodge truck we were interested in. When we arrived, we checked everything on the vehicle and asked specific questions regarding any mechanical issues. We spoke to Jack. He assured us that the truck had no issues other than a few minor cosmetic issues, which we were ok with. We purchased the vehicle in cash. We decided to go ahead and do tax, title and license there. Suddenly the price goes up almost $1,500. As we start filling out paperwork, I noticed that the paperwork looked like hand written agreements. The only "professional" form was the title form. I specifically asked Jack if this truck had ANY underlying mechanical issues before we signed. He assured us AGAIN that it did not. So we purchased the vehicle. He then looks at us and says that we should know that if anything happens to the vehicle after we've purchased it that they are not liable for it. We drove from straight home to Monroe with no issues.... we didn't drive the truck for the rest of the day nor on Sunday, 11/13/22. Until Monday morning, 11/14/22...2 days AFTER we purchased the truck. Now the truck is having issues when it idles. It will idle for a few minutes then completely shut off. We can get to about 45mph and then the engine stops again. My boyfriend had to coast in neutral to the gas station this morning mid drive down the HWY. This is ABSURD! I had a feeling this place was fishy from the moment we started looking at the paperwork. But upon Jack's word...he guaranteed there were no issues with this truck. We are not happy. We haven't even received the license plate yet and we're having issues. Cash payments should be taken care of. You took advantage of us, seeing that we had plenty of cash, and you lied straight to our faces. You will be hearing back from us.

An absolute disgrace is what this place should be called.. I purchased a 2014 bmw from the con man John Hayes he was one of the kindest person I have ever had the opportunity to speak with. But it was such a front to get the car sold.. from the start the car came with a check engine light on he assured me oh it's not a problem we will take care of it.. sent in a part for me to take to a repair shop that I have to find myself and they tell me that it's not a correct part... My car is a diesel so it's sooo expensive to repair anything on it now it doesn't start and I'm stuck with a beautiful 18k lemon lime.... I would advise anyone please save your self the headache and money and go to a reputable auto dealer ship... But little do they know I hope this place closes... I didn't deserve this...

I purchased a vehicle there, and a few months later had a situation pop up. It took me speaking to Jason, but today Jason made everything right by me, so I left happy. He was professional, answered my concerns right away, he listened, and all was made perfect. I appreciate his honesty and business ethics.

I am writing this review, because I am a small business owner I looked to my reviews to see how I can improve. I also as a consumer look for honest, positive, reliable ratings when dealing with a local business. I am sadden at how this company has treated a customer. The reason I decided to post is because she is over 80 years old and needed a reliable vehicle so her and her son can get her where she wants to go no worries. Since she had the vehicle, after she was told she didn't qualify for the vehicle she initially came for, she has been almost sick from worrying that the truck was going to breakdown coming from her Doctor appointment that she was forced to send the truck in to see what is wrong. Before she took it to a certified mechanic she had me to call John and ask him did he mention a warranty on his vehicles for at least 14 days 30 etc. Mr. John told me there are no warranties on his cars. I was so sad for her that I didn't even tell her but I ran and told her son. He paid to have the truck completely fixed several thousand dollars later and on time monthly payments is not what she had in mind for reliability. I just hope this helps someone to not go down the same road we did. You deserve honesty and I wish I would have paid attention before we trusted this dealership.

I really wish there was a no stars button to leave a review. But since there's not here we go. This had to be the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership in my entire life. John Hayes I believe was his name, wasted not only my time but the money in gas it took to get there. I called too inquire about a truck, to which I was told was available. I then told him I was headed his way. I drove an hour and thirty minutes with cash in hand to buy out right. Just too be told the truck had "already been sold". I feel as though this was a tactic to just get me down there to be talked into another option. Royally p*ssed off I will never buy a vehicle from this place ever.

I wish I could’ve gave them a 0 PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! J&J Bargin barns is a very unprofessional business. These people just tried to play me all the way around. I got a car from them 3/5/19 and I done had it almost a month and the transmission tends to be slipping. I done took it to them on four occasions and each time they claim they fixed it. Today I asked for my money over the phone and was told I could come get it and return the car. I get there and they only disrespect me and call me everything but a child of god. Let me say the owners tried everything to keep me from driving back off in the car. They even pressed bogus charges to stop me but guess what. I will see them in court that’s a bet
