The towing company arrived quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our car was delivered safely to its destination with no issues at all. Mike was great—professional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend if you ever need reliable towing service.
They had my car for a month, charged me $500 for towing it and doing a basic scan. Never contacted us about what was wrong with it. My husband finally told them tow it back to the house after a month of no word on it and they had the nerve to put on the receipt that we declined any further work. We'll NEVER use Harmon's again, HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with their lack of professionalism.
A month later Ryan Harmon is still going on about this. He accused my husband of being the problem, because he used parts he ordered online to fix it himself. I never criticized the work of this man, not once... Because he DIDN'T DO ANY WORK. Says we declined work being done.... How can that be when they'd never return our calls with a diagnosis. We didn't want to wait.... They had it for a month.... How much longer should we have waited?
Again.... Highly recommend you go else where if you need your vehicle repaired in a timely manner. He didn't try to resolve the issue, he offered to tow it back to his shop for free... That's not a resolve when I already paid $500 in tow fees. Why would I do this... So it can sit for another month?
Long story short, we were stranded in Lake Charles and couldn’t make it home to Leesville. Our car broke down right off of i-10 and traffic was bussing by, and it was getting dark. After calling a few places in lake Charles, something told us to reach out to Harmons in Leesville. They were there to pick us up in about an hour! Ted was Super chill and accommodating, we had our daughter with us and he made us all feel comfortable. We got home safely and quickly and super affordable to boot!!! The next morning, Skyla was quick to help us with paperwork for our insurance company and made sure we were well taken care of! We are so thankful for incredible people like this who really went above and beyond to make this frustrating situation, not so crazy. Thank yall, we will be only recommend yall from here on out!!!

Very unprofessional. Never going back. The lady in the back was so rude. Was having a conversation with the lady in the front and the lady in the back came running to the front to confront me. She didn’t even have the story right and the lady in the front have no backbone. She never corrected her. Worst experience ever. Never going back and they overcharge.

HORRIBLE owner and service!!! Drove the truck there and had to tow it back home, provided a quote $5,000 more than 3 other places from Lake Charles to Eunice, and then charged $800 to diagnose a fuel problem when we showed up to get the truck because it became apparent they were trying to screw us!! DISHONEST, POOR BUSINESS & lack of human decency and morals. I sure hope Ryan's parents aren't proud of him... Because it's his business practices that is the very reason small town people don't support small town businesses!! Also filed a complaint with State Farm and had them added to the do not use list. Highly unprofessional.
I received a DUI in 2023. If it weren't for Harmons and their professional staff, the experience would have been much more challenging. The employees there always treat me well and make the calibration process as stress-free as possible. I would recommend their services and towing agency to anyone seeking peace of mind when their vehicle is in disrepair.
Okay, short story time. So I have a Dodge ram 1500, husband just put 4 all terrain tires on so I guess I took that too literal and went through the mud in the yard instead of the very dry side patch of grass by drive way and I got stuck. Let me tell y'all Mike came to the rescue quickly!
Price felt reasonable and he said he would arrive in 45 minutes but it felt like 20. My husband is still laughing at me about this. Mike thank you and sorry cuz I'm sure u were watching the game lol! Y'all better call this place for QUICK, REASONABLE, and CUSTOMER friendly service on a Sunday, football game day, crazy weather day, any day, they got you!! Don't over look them.

My dash light appeared for low tire pressure about 30 minutes outside of Deridder this evening. By the time I unloaded my vehicle, I had a flat tire. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. The technician arrived promptly at 11:10 pm, less the 35 minutes after contacting them. He (Mark) handled the repair quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for anyone in need of late-night (or anytime) tire assistance!
Mike was amazing! We got stuck in a very crappy situation and Mike got there quickly and got our truck pulled out with no issues. If I could leave 10 stars I would. No other tow company was willing to help us, but Mike came thru for the win and I can't thank him enough!
Breath of Fresh Air……it was Friday afternoon May 17th and my wife and I were in out way to Fort Walton Beach FL in our RV. We had a hydraulic alarm go off a few miles from DeDridder and we were leaking fluid from our leveling jacks. Stopped by Harmony’s just at closing time. Without hesitation two employees came out, inspected the damage. All auto parts hosing making shops were closed so they could fix it on the spot.
We discussed options with them and decided it was safe to keep going to Lake Charles that evening.
Now the best part. Harmony’s had taken the time and effort to help me and did all that work on a hot humid day for FREE $0.00 Nada

Completely satisfied with the customer service and the work Ryan performed on my truck. My truck broke down right before the New Year’s. All the other local shops refused to take in any new jobs until after the holidays, but not Harmon’s. My truck was picked up and diagnosed within a day. They even pointed out a few other repairs I needed to take care of that were overdue. After a little back and forth with my extended warranty company, parts were ordered and the repairs were done within the promised timeframe. They took care of my vehicle the entire time and made sure I was updated every step of the way. Think I just found my new favorite shop.
I wouldn’t use this service if they were paying me. Our motor home broke down in Alexandria, LA. We needed to have to towed to Lake Charles. This company came highly recommended by the Cummins Service Center that was to repair our coach. Unfortunately, they were not the least bit interested in doing the job. They said that it would be a week before they could do the job. They’re in the business of helping people in emergency situations. I guess I will plan my next break down a week in advance so as not to inconvenience the TOWING company.
I’ve been a returning customer at Harmon’s since 2006. They’ve worked on most of the vehicles I’ve had over the the years and kept them all in excellent shape. Their towing services are fantastic and have gotten me out of a pickle more than once. If you’re looking for a home shop…this is the place. Go see, Mr. Ryan. He knows his stuff.
Not only that but they fixed one leak but didn't even notice the real leak. I won't ever go back. Don't waste your time and money here, just had the right seal done at love's. Much bigger more difficult job- less than 1/3 the price! Had I not been desperate I wouldn't have hired them. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Best shop in SWLA. Most experienced technicians. My car, a BMW, was fixed right the first time and it didn't sit in automotive shop jail for weeks. I don't trust my vehicles to any other shop
This review is from the heart I was caught in a bad situation and when the moment I called This Record Company I was treated with the utmost respect in a situation where I didn't know if I was going to get back to where I started from from the lady on the phone from the driver who come and got my coach I felt in good hands they have my coats still because it has issues I hadn't seen my coach in about a month I feel that it's right at home I would highly recommend anybody to use this company
I live in Houston but had a flat in DeRidder and my car needed to be towed. The closest dealer was in Beaumont. Harmons was the only company that could haul interstate! They were fast, polite, professional & Mike was friendly. I highly recommend!
So the state made me have an ignition interlock device in my vehicle and since I had no choice if I wanted to get my behind to work everyday I went with Harmons Auto to do the install. I hate the thought of the thing in my vehicle and can tell it will be a long year before I get to drive without first blowing a clear breath sample but I will say that Ryan gave me a follow up call and was understanding of my situation and was helpful as he could be considering he is also bound by state laws in order to do business as well. So I had to thank him for his help and hopefully we can both get through this in one piece, thanks again Ryan
Good mechanics, but be prepared to wait. Took our truck in for tie rod replacements (inner and outer). They wanted it there at 8 am on Thursday. On Friday, 5 pm, we were still waiting for it to be completed. Realize we were not the only vehicle they had to work on, but had also made it clear we were moving and were leaving Sat morning (needed to load truck).
Had my truck towed there for to change a ujoint. The guy called me the next day and said it was gonna be over 1000 dollars! When I asked why he said he wanted to change the driveshaft out and a bunch of other miscellaneous parts. I told him I didnt want to do that and we agreed on what he was gonna do and how much it was gonna be. After agreeing on what he was gonna do and how much. 1 week later I get a phone call and he jacked the price up another 200 dollars and said he changed out parts that was unnecessary to change. I spent 800 dollars on a 20 dollar ujoint.
AAA used Harmon's to come and unlock my car door when I stupidly locked myself out pretty much in the middle of nowhere. He arrived promptly, got my doors unlocked quickly and was very helpful and polite. Great service! Thank you so much!
