I used them eariler this year and just now getting to the review. It was an amazing experience. They towed my Mercedes 2500 Van from Louisiana to Beaumont Texas. They were on time and riding with the driver the entire time was very pleasant. It was very easy explaining things to them over the phone and when we were dropped off he actually offered to take me anywhere in that area around the final destination. He went above to make sure to stay calm in my trying time of having a broken vehicle and in conversation was very cool to help talk about other things. IF ever in need of anything again, I would not hesitate to call Decker Towing for my tow company. If you have to be towed they are the ONLY choice in my opinion in West Louisiana and there is other companies to call that I had a horrible experience with, BUT NOT Decker Towing. They were the LIFE SAVER!
I do not recommend this tow service! This tow company was very ugly to both me and my husband! After taking all insurance and personal information and going to get our vehicle and over half way to the destination, calls and claims that they spoke to my insurance company and my insurance company told them to collect money from me and while relaying this message to me he then said he would tell his driver to not unload the truck until payment was made! Now at no point did I say I wouldn't pay, but I also called my insurance company and they said they did not tell them to collect the money from us, they did tell them that they would submit a receipt for payment and would be paid! Decker just didn't wanna wait for the money, which had we been told this up-front we would have called someone else! I've never had this problem and my insurance has never not paid! Rude, unprofessional and I will not ever recommend or use again!
