Horrible!!! I’m from out of town and got stuck!! Spoke with an officer and he said he would call tow truck! Waited 30 min called myself and the gentleman told me it would be 2.5 hours!!!
We had to have our 40 ft RV towed and could not have asked for a more kind & considerate person to show up. Clint was professional, courteous and very kind during our stressful time. We followed behind to the shop and he took great care while towing our rig. If you need a tow I highly recommend Pop’s.
I had to get my daughter's car towed after a breakdown. Called Clint and got things arranged for later in the day. I had a couple questions and he was able to answer easily. When it time for the tow, Clint arrived, took payment, gave my receipt, had the car lifted, and dropped off in 15 minutes, start to finish. Friendly, fast, and efficient. Clinton came out and towed my work truck. He was respectful, fast, and efficient. It's not often we get this kind of customer service these days. I will use him again if I need to. My wife was traveling with our son from Texas to an athletic competition in Gonzales when she got stuck in some mud near Bunkie while trying to turn around . After calling our Roadside Assistance carrier and being told they couldn't service this rural area, my wife called Pop's Towing and explained her predicament. She was reassured that Pop's would find them and get there as soon as they could . Within 45 minutes, Pop's was on the scene winching her car back to solid ground and getting them back on their way to the competition. She was so pleased with Pop's sense of urgency and quick recovery and said the operators who helped were very knowledgeable and polite. It's refreshing to know there are great small businesses like Pop's that you can depend on to help when you need them!
I was instructed to turn down a road visa GPS that was a no truck route. Because I was in my turn already and did not want to back up on a highway, I preceeded to drive down the road to find a turn-a- round and got stuck on the embankment of wet grace and mud. This driver, Clint was very professional and he did a wonderful job of pulling my tractor trailer out with incident or damages. Thank you
18 wheeler lost all power on I 49 south bound exit 103 set for 8 hrs waiting on a wrecker(that was a no show) call pops wrecker and was on the hook and rolling in 2 hrs at a much lower cost.THANK YOU POPS.

Pop's towing is a really good experience. he was quick .he said he'd be there in an hour and a half he was there in an hour . he was quick doing what he was doing cuz he knew exactly what he was doing. he got me to my destination 2 hours away where . on top of that , it was good conversation all the way up. I would highly recommend Pop's Towing to anyone.
I had a flat tire and no one was willing to come to my location, was closed, or they had no one available. I called Pop’s, talked to Clint, & he came and took care of my flat in no time. He was very courteous and paid attention to detail. I’m glad the other guys were not available, because I got great service with Pop’s.

No one answered the after hours phone number. The mail box was full so if though it said to leave a message and they would get back to me... You COULD NOT leave a message! Don't have an after hours number if you can't or won't answer phone!!
