I’m unsure about the service at this place because I go across the street to Autozone. However I had a less than a year old Battery “Super Start Premium” though clearly under a warranty, it’s not under my name so Orielly refused to swap for a good battery. I get it if the buyer can’t be found, the battery doesn’t have a warranty. But why not start with a battery that does not need replacing less than a year after purchase? So if I purchase in good faith that the battery is reputable and I won’t need the warranty, then why when I need the battery replaced, back up you product and replace it for the customer and then go and fight it out with corporate and tell them to make a better battery. Warranty is nice but who wants to swap a battery and and left stranded every 8 months.
My cashier was Ms. Paula. She was very easygoing, polite, courteous, and very professional. Definitely need more individuals in customer services with the same attributes as she.
I am avid shopper of the oreilly part store chain but this particular branch is a joke went into this store looking to match up a oil filter for a tractor / because there was no numbers for the two computer pushers they could not locate or even begin to match anything left from this location went directly to the pineville branch and the guys in this store were true parts guys the miked the exsisting filter matched it and I was on my way within 5 minutes! I would suggest some retraining for this branch and the sad part was both employees where managers ?♂️
Great customer service, very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and funny. Everytime I have gone in to find some small anything that I can fix an elevator with I always get some good ideas and pointed in the right direction.
O'Reilly is my go to place. I had to replace a throttle body on my 2017 Buick. Ordered it on line seamlessly. However, like just about anything else you order these days, it was later than the posted delivery date, but only a day. And Todd was nice enough to give me a call to let me know so I wouldn't make a needless trip. Much appreciated. Had the right part and had my work car back on the road in a couple of hours. ? ? Also a great place to get your oil from because they take your old oil for ♻️.
Bad experience I ordered a radiator early this morning and was told by the manager that it would arrive at 11am and the delivery driver left the part at the pickup location and then I was told I would get the part on the 2nd delivery at 1pm and no truck showed up and they said the truck would arrive at 2:30 pm and they didn't even know the part number terrible service
Great place to get parts. Need a better system of waiting on customers. Came in and 3 others came in and we're waited on be me. Maybe a number system like the DMV.
Take my advice and dont order anything from this store, because when you go in to get it you get told by the employee "I dont know where it is". Then the employees in the back will start laughing about it,
and on top of that you get absolutely no further information besides "I dont know where it is." Could have at least offered to order another one. Nope, instead I only get told "I dont know where it is" multiple times. Real helpful. Even Autozone knows where their inventory is!
