This is the BEST towing company I have ever worked with by far! I ended up getting a flat tire in the middle of the night 6 hours away from my home state with no spare. Other companies in the area either outright denied service or gave me a quote I could have never afforded amidst this emergency. Wilkerson’s gave me the most reasonable price I could have asked for in that situation, and they were there within an hour and a half! I would also like to add that the driver went out of his way to make sure that I made it safely to a place to stay for the night. Being that I am a young girl who was alone in this situation at the most inconvenient time of day, I couldn’t have been more appreciative of this experience.

Prompt, very polite, went above and beyond — Wesley and Hunter provided excellent service. Thank you guys! Wesley picked up the phone immediately and was kind and courteous as she asked for details and provided pricing and an ETA. The price was fair and the wait time was short. Hunter, the driver, got to my location close to the ETA given, handled my car with respect, and got me in direct contact with a repair shop in town for next day service. On Sunday when shops are closed they saved me a lot of time and hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed.
Called these guys today and 30 minutes later they were there!
The lady on the phone was great! She was courteous and new exactly what to do.
Dustin was the driver that came out to get my bike. I had forgotten the keys and the steering wheel was locked. It’s a big dresser, not a light bike by any means. We got it strapped down and brought it home and unloaded it, not a scratch!
I will definitely tell anyone that needs a towing service to use them.
