Had my car on the side of the highway and all the towing companies told me $365 just to tow it and it was like 20 min or less away from my house but when I called them they immediately told me someone was on the way. I am so grateful to them.
The receptionist was so friendly and Mr. Jones pulled up, asked what was wrong with the car & actually fixed it for us on the spot instead of towing the car. He’s an angel too us today

Kenny came out to the house and jump started my vehicle and gave me a full diagnostic of the battery.

With all the rain we have had the past few days one of our household drivers hydroplaned and ended up in a ditch full of water. Fortunately the water wasn’t deep but it sure was cold. We were lucky enough to get Jones Towing through AAA. We couldn’t have asked for more courtesy and professionalism than what we received. In a matter of a few minutes our old car was out of the predicament and back in the driveway. Coming home from Nashville, we gassed up on Exit 3 in Bowling Green and coming off the ramp on to 165, I hit something and my tire went BOOM! This was almost 2AM. Called AAA they sent out Jones Towing, they came to our rescue! Took off damaged tire, put on donut, drove 100 miles home. Excellent customer service, fast & friendly. If you are in the area and need help, this is who you call.
Jones is the best towing service in Bowling Green! They wouldn't be the AAA Rescue Rangers if they weren't the best. They have been prompt, professional and knowledgeable any time I have needed them.

My vehicle had broken down on I65 North and they were one of the nearby choices. I am so glad that I picked them over three other places because they were simotaneously cheaper and more professional! Both the receptionist and the driver were great people to talk to!
I have used Jones for towing, flat tires, and battery issues through AAA. SO many times I have had issues and none of the technicians ever made me feel less than for being a female. Mr. Jones and Charlie are the absolute best, very thorough, willing to teach, and so friendly!! Use Jones for your auto needs, you won’t regret it!!
We called AAA (via T-mobile Sync Up) and they sent Jones Automotive and Towing. The operator, Tanner, called on the phone when he started driving to pick up our car. We were also updated via text messages. When he arrived, he loaded our car quickly and dropped it off at our local auto repair shop. Tanner was super nice and overall we had a great towing experience. We will use them again, if needed.
Call AAA regarding my flat tire. She internally notified Jones to assist us. A wonderful, kind and friendly gentleman named Waide arrived less than an hour later. He changed our tire and gave us a recommendation of where to have a new tire put on the car. He was truly a gentleman.
My boyfriend is working on home renovations in Kentucky and we originally live in Florida. I decided to grab my kids for a weekend getaway to see him. We arrived and he was heading back to the AirBnB. His cargo van decided to shut down and he was right close to highway ramp. We call AAA and immediately this gentleman showed up. Within 10 minutes we were back on the road. His bedside manners and compassion was out of this world. The next day we needed to tow the vehicle to an auto body shop and called AAA. This time the son shows up, Gary. Such a sweet man. Southern mannerisms and got the job done. Well, the shop told us there was no time to fix what needed to be done to the vehicle and find another place. We called around and found a place about a few blocks down. I called AAA again. Another gentleman showed up just as equally sweet and apologetic we had to wait for more than 30 minutes (WHAT?!?!). We were ecstatic they even showed up!!! He hauled the van to the shop and we were good to go after a couple hours. I definitely and HIGHLY recommend this business for whatever services they provide, of course including towing. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Above all, they cared and that is becoming a rarity these days. Shout out to Kentucky!!!!
My father had trouble starting his truck. AAA sent Jones towing. They said it would be 45 minutes until arrival, but ended up arriving within 20 minutes, which was great. They tested the battery and found no trouble. They towed the truck back to their shop and within minutes had it on the lift and diagnosed a failing starter. They managed to quickly get the starter to fire up the truck and advised my dad he will need to get a replacement. They said the truck should get him home fine...which it did.
Everyone we dealt with from Jones was very professional and friendly. Super friendly.
I have lived in BG all of my 52 years. I now know that any time I need towing, I will call these guys. Once you find a gem, you try not to lose it!
These guys are awesome! I rent a car often and run into issues every now and then so have to call AAA. These guys were the fastest and friendliest responders I’ve experienced, quickest and no frills with the service. If you’re sitting on the side of the road right now and looking up who to call, quit thinking and just call these guys!
Had to call a tow after getting two flat tires when a family member ran over something on the interstate. The driver arrived easily within 10 minutes. He was professional and friendly when talking to us about where we needed our car taken. He got the vehicle loaded up very carefully but quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.
Car FOB quit working after day of shopping in Bowling Green & ignition key would not unlock door so since we were from out of town I googled Bowling Green tow services and Jones Automotive & Towing came up. Never heard of it of course since live 1 1/2 hours away but gave them a call. Lady who answered was very polite and professional. She dispatched truck to our location and in less than 15 minutes the driver had arrived & unlocked my vehicle. Very pleased with service provided. Hope to never have to use again but if situation arises I will not hesitate to call on their services.
Every part of this experience working with Gary with Jones Towing was as good as it could have been. Fast response. Helped troubleshoot car problem. Towed car very carefully. Dropped car off inside my garage perfectly. It is obvious why he was rated AAA Driver of the Year for this area. Reasonable fee. All in less than 50 minutes.
We were on vacation traveling through Kentucky when our vehicle began having electrical issues. We called for a tow truck. Wade from Jones Auto and Towing drove us and our vehicle to a service station. He waited while we spoke with mechanics. Once it was determined that we would need a more specific service shop he delivered our vehicle to the dealership that was over an hour drive away. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful. He even drove us to our car rental location and was so pleasant about the whole situation. Truly a great and nice man and company to work with.
