If I could give this place a 100 stars I would. We’ve been with a gentleman sense 4am our car suddenly broke down, and we needed a tow and he’s helped us every step of the way I highly recommend this company!
This lady was being so mean knowing my life is depending on this part and she told me she might can get the part pulled so I called back and asked her to plz do so and she hung up on me
I have never in my life seen someone act like that towards a person
Husband drove 4 1/2 hours to get a part they had, my husband spoke with the guy who worked there so he knew he was coming my husband got there at 2 two hours before they closed. The guy working their had something personal come up so he just left and closed the shop didn’t tell me husband or anything that he was leaving. My husband spoke with the woman who lived next to the shop turns out her dad owned it said someone was coming out so he waited for two hours and no one showed up. Don’t waste your time or gas just ridiculous.
The gentleman there was very helpful and kind. Bought a transmission for my car for about 150.00 less than quoted from the other local salvage yards. I highly recommend!
We had already bought the front brakes an thought we had time to find someone to put them on.We where in a bind, the brakes on the truck were grinding and we were afraid to drive it. We tried calling around but they "didn't do that" or were too far to tow the truck and was asking for an outrageous price. Thank GOD for Tyler at Hayes Auto!
On Mon 11/12/18 drove out to get a wheel. Spoke to Tyler. No problem he had one. Asked if could pick up on Mon 11/19/18 around 2 no problem and left my number. Also called mid week to verify that wheel would be there since I had an appointment at a garage to have it put on. Once I arrived at Hayes noticed a padlock on door. Closed. Hours are showing open til 5pm. Is this a business or a joke? I would call it a joke. Have spoke to several people since that would have to agree.
They don't answer the phone! I called multiple times and no answer. When I finally got an answer I was to the salesperson was not in and he was the only person that could help me. We have been waiting on a part for a week now. I don't think this is a real salvage yard. Not a good way to do business.
Terrible service! I called for a part and was told they would remove it and call me back within the hour. Never heard back, call a couple dozen times, no one answered. After a week and another dozen more calls I got someone that told me they would get the part and call me back in a few hours and it was another week before I finally got someone to pick up and they didn't have the part. Will never deal with them again.
Way to high on pricing . New fender 74.99 free shipping on ebay . Used at 75% of the salvage yards I have called 50-75 and they want 100 for a fender with a broken tab . Guess that's why they have had two in Stock for a long time now . Everytime i call they are asking almost double or triple what other salvage yards are asking. Don't know how you guys stay in business. Goodluck
