I had a very bad experience with this towing company and I strongly recommend others to be careful.
They towed my truck and initially told me the total cost would be between $20,000 and $30,000. However, when we went to pick up the truck, they refused to release it and did not allow us to take pictures of the truck or the loading process. When we tried to stay and document the situation, they told us if we didn’t leave, they would stop working and asked us to leave the area.
They did not give us the truck the same day. When we returned the next morning, they claimed they had spent more time on the job and prepared an invoice for $70,000 — much higher than the original estimate.
After that, they began contacting customers connected to this situation and kept sending invoices and paperwork everywhere. They rarely answered my calls and were extremely unprofessional in communication. The collection company they hired was also very rude and aggressive.
Overall, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. I would not recommend working with them. Please be careful and make sure you fully understand all charges before agreeing to any service.
Mr Anthony was the most pleasant and friendly tow truck driver that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He called me within minutes after the dispatch, got to me way quicker than I expected, and was most polite and courteous once he got there. He was on top of everything and completely professional the entire time. I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant experience considering the circumstances. If I could rate 10 stars I would! This is the service to call when you need dependable, professionaland efficient service. I Highly recommend!
Whatever Anthony is being paided is to little. Had my car serviced at ford and it broke down after I left, and Anthony saying to ford the car is losing power helped my case because ford didnt belive me.
Amazing service, showed up within 30 minutes of calling and it was a very fair price. Would highly recommend using this company. My tow driver was Anthony, amazing service, very efficient and easy to speak with. Definitely deserves a 5 star from me. Hopefully don’t have to get towed again but if I do will be calling these guys.
tony is the man. i’m pretty sure he was asleep when AAA called him to come help me in the middle of the night, and he was still the kindest, most efficient person i could have asked for. i was on the side of the freeway with a flat, he let me warm up in his truck while he loaded my car (so quickly!!), got me safely to the tire store, and again let me stay in his truck while he unloaded. thank you tony!!
I had a flat tire in Clarksville early in the morning. Anthony was punctual, communicative, and so very kind and friendly. He got the job done efficiently, and he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Riddle’s Towing!

Danny performed a miracle with all the other vehicles surrounding my truck in a small apartment parking lot. This was covered by AAA. I work nights and he just checked my ID and AAA card, let me go back to bed. No fuss and was very professional.
Called ahead to set appointment for a heavy wrecker to help load a broke down semi onto my lowboy trailer. Operator, Jimmy, was right on time. Very professional, very confident, and had a great sense of humor which greatly helps the environment. Loaded in one shot w/ only two inches to spare on both sides.
My driver was extremely professional, called me immediately after he was dispatched to give me an accurate ETA he actually arrived earlier than his predicted time and had the car loaded and on the way in no time. Would definitely use riddles 24-hour towing again
Today we broke down just outside of Clarksville Tn, on interstate 24. Their driver Anthony showed up in less than 30 minutes from calling AAA! He went above and beyond with his service. Treated us with respect and kindness. Thank you Anthony!!!
Anthony was fantastic. He called me, told me when he would arrive, was courteous, and was conscientious. He recognized that I had the car packed for a road trip and made sure that the car was locked when he dropped it off at the repair shop.
I was connected with Riddle’s 24 Hour Towing through AAA for a late-night tow, and they were excellent from start to finish. Despite the hour, they arrived quickly and got right to work. The driver was efficient. He loaded my truck onto the tow truck and later off-loaded it at the destination with no delays. On top of that, he was polite, professional, and pleasant to talk to. Great service all around. Highly recommend!
Riddles Towing is Awesome Awesome Awesome!! They responded to our aid quickly during the inclement TN weather. Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process of retrieving our car from the roadside without further damage. He was incredibly helpful in describing what he saw damaged in the dark and wet weather conditions. Having an inoperable vehicle in bad weather late night is so unsettling and leaves you feeling vulnerable. Anthony’s professionalism, fast acting and kind demeanor was so helpful in our situation. Anthony was prompt but that was not his most memorable trait. He was ready to tow but we had a full suv that needed to be emptied and then us wait for our ride. He was concerned about us waiting in the heat and was going to wait until our ride arrived. Praise God, our ride showed up shortly after that. The point is your employee was willing to take the time take the time and

I have never had such exemplary service ! Anthony was the tow truck driver that assisted me. He called to reassure me when he was on his way and was so kind to me. I was a little distraught about being stuck on the side of the road and he got to me very quickly. I am so grateful to him and this company. Don't hesitate to call then for help they are amazing !!!!

My mom and I were out in Clarksville shopping today and her car died in the middle of us driving and wouldn’t restart. We went through AAA and Riddles’s towing came to pick up the car. Anthony was the driver and he was very professional and so nice and took awesome care of my mom’s car. If we ever need to be towed again we would definitely use them and will refer everyone to them.

He was quick to reach out by phone, prompt, professional, and confirmed the work needed was the best option for me under the circumstances - flat tire 100s of miles from home. He proved through the diligence of his work that he cares about providing high quality service. Overall, great experience.
Steven Duke saved the day! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I got stuck in LBL in the middle of a thunderstorm on a very hairy trail. I called these guys and Steven showed up within 35 minutes. The conditions were really bad, and it took an awful lot of work and time to get me out. Steven kept assuring me that he wasn’t gonna leave without me, and he kept his word. He worked his butt off, and was polite and helpful the entire time. I truly can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend them.
Flat tire on I-24 on 5/2/25: Anthony arrived quickly and got my spare on my SUV in record time. He also recommended a tire shop that was right off the next exit. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly service man and fantastic service. Highly recommend!
Best towing service hands down! They were quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. I was an hour away from home when I blew a tire in the middle of a bad storm. It was late at night and my car insurance company wasn’t much help. Luckily I found Riddle’s Towing and gave them a call. Dispatching was a big help and within 20 minutes, Steven Duke shows up. He wasted no time, took me home, and made sure my vehicle was in a good spot. Highly recommend!
These guys are awesome! Last weekend on our way home from a family vacation in Florida, the transmission went out on our SUV and left us stranded on the interstate. After a quick google search, I found these guys. The dispatcher was very friendly & helpful. She sent out a driver named Steven that went over & beyond to help our family quickly & safely get off the interstate . They were fast responding, professional, and helpful in an unfortunate situation for us. I highly recommend them!
Awesome company, very friendly, & caring team of people. Unfortunately I was in a crash. Luckily this company came to the rescue. The driver was professional in and out picking up my wrecked car. Very safe all while keeping me updated on the next steps. The driver was extremely helpful and so patient. It was my first wreck so my nerves were all over the place. Comforting, top notch and reliable. Sorry for the delay in getting this review up - special thanks again to dispatch but more importantly Mr Duke their driver for saving the day. After running a full tank straight from Chicago to Oak Grove and only 10 miles out from my final destination with an unknown faulty low fuel gauge, my car ran outta fuel on a bend on the expressway not interstate. NO journeymen from the state to be found on this road; called AAA.
Riddle's dispatch calmed me down as I thought I'd become roadkill but the woman kept me informed not only via a few phone calls but also via text the entire time. Once Mr Duke showed up (without Daisy) he saved the day and kept me on my way only to make it 5 minutes before post!
