If I could give this place a zero rating, I definitely would. I recently established service with them and received a “new” bin with a wheel that fell off. When I called to report the issue, the owner berated me about the equipment and made it difficult, saying I shouldn’t have dragged the bin through gravel. They missed the first appointment and blamed me for not having the bin out, even though I placed it outside at 4 a.m. When I called, the lady I spoke to said they pick up at 4 a.m. and that “they just missed me.”
I called again today because my trash still hadn’t been picked up by 4:30 a.m. The owner told me I was calling on the day of pickup at early hours. I can be a bit of a hothead myself, but when I try to explain my situation and feel like I’m being gaslighted, I lose my temper. Overall, if you’re looking for trash service, this company is not the one to choose!
Charged $15 dollars to dump 2 36x38 wooden framed windows and an old TV then complained that I gave him a twenty, Very rude and unfriendly considering it wasn't busy.
I am shocked to see a separate charge for fuel for trash pickup. Paying 102.82 every billing cycle is extremely expensive for 1 to 3 bag's of trash. Now I know why people burn theirs.
The staff is very helpful and it is a great way to recycle paper and plastic. Cardboard and big items inserted of them bei g dropped on the side of the roads
Convenient location. They are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy talking to Jesse. He is certainly proud of Trigg County. He does a great job in helping our community.
