My first encounter with Ben was around 8 years ago when i called him at 3:30am to fix my SUV that had blown a rear tire because the caliper was locking up. I gave Ben my tire size, and told him what was going on, and was told he would be there but the caliper issue may have to wait until parts house opened. He came and assessed the problem and actually freed the caliper, changed my tire and i was on the road in a remarkably short time. Told me that whoever changed my brakes didnt grease caliper pins, and that i didnt need a new one. Since then I have called him several times and he has always been quick and got the job done. I have since become fast friends with Ben, and will tell you that He is very serious about being the best at the service he offers, and there is not one person in his field that I would reccomend above him. And if anyone has reported a bad review of him, they are not telling the whole story, or is flat out lying. This man is resourceful, integral, and efficient. And best of all, unlike most of the others, he will answer your call in those wee hours. 24/7 means exactly that.
This is possible the worst roadside company out there. Paid too much money for the idiotic guy to just bring a jack and take MY tire off and put MY donut on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
My husband used this company (Specifically Ben) while on the road working with his truck, he had broken down because of an engine leak. Not only did he fix the issues on the side of the road but we brought my husband to a hotel to stay overnight until he got the correct parts, picked him up, and went out of his way to ensure everything was good to go. As a wife of a trucker, I am so grateful and I highly recommend this company if you are having mechanical issues in their area.
Called super early on a Sunday morning when everything was closed and our insurance roadside was taking an eternity to find someone. I called 24-7, gave him our tire measurements and Ben was out to us with a new tire in 20 mins! You saved us so much time, thank you!
I had a flat tire on my jetski trailer. I changed it out for my other one to blow 30 minutes later. I called 24-7, and he didn't have my tire size. He had a couple that would fit, which I was not thrilled about. 45 minutes later, he came with the correct tires with rims and got me back on the road. I don't know how or where he got the tires, but he went the extra mile, and I'm grateful!
Had a flat tire and was already running late. Told the guy about my urgency and reacted to it going above and beyond to get me back on the road. Would give it 10 stars if that was possible.
