These guys are honest, hard working and will help you out in any way they can. They saved me at least $1000+ on repairs that another facility I had just gone to the day before(Firestone, Georgetown, charged me $120 to tell me what they thought, 95% of which was false and a money making scheme, MY OPINION & EXPERIENCE),racked up a whole bunch of bs that wasn't needed or necessary, imagine that! These guys re-inspected my truck and gave me the truth about what was really needing repair. I've been here before and have experienced the same excellent service each time. Thank you so much!

The complete staff at Midas on Finley in Georgetown is incredible!! They are honest, don’t up charge, and treat you with respect. Holy Baloney, are these guys great. In walks a sobbing woman, just trying to drive home from SC to Michigan. It’s already a 10hr drive. But my car wanted to be an Ice Princess on I-75. No skates necessary. My front fender was entirely gone, my tire pressure light was on, but the car was still driving pretty well and not leaking anything, so on I went to the next exit for help. They were so kind to me, asked if I was okay, took my car immediately, gave me a bottled water. Fully inspected my vehicle, which was miraculously in decent condition. Replaced valve stem caps on my driver’s side tires. Checked my tires and filled the one that was at 9psi. Checked for leaks or damage to my tires. Repaired the minor bend of one of my steel wheels. Checked the alignment. One of them drove my car on the highway to test it out after they finished working on it and inspecting it. I was 5 hrs from home, absolutely distraught, and they helped me make sure that my little beater was still okay to drive. And then they slid my keys to me and told me to have a good day and drive safe home. Didn’t ask for a dime. They absolutely took care of me. So glad I came here. To my utter surprise, I got home last night, in one piece. My car is a little worse for wear, but got me home and to work today. ??‍♀️ Thank you all so much! ???

Help me out last snow had a flat tire and quickly took my vehicle in and put my spare on for free so I can get to work in a timely manner. Life savers!

I went in for a tire repair and came out feeling I chose the BEST place to get my tire repaired. I feel that all of the places I could have chosen would have charged about the same price for a repair like mine. What means the most to me is the quality of the repair and the customer service. The technician didnt hesitate taking me to the car and showing me the issues he found. Thanks for making me feel I made the right decision by stopping in.

We were in the middle of relocating and kept losing tire pressure while traveling (with our pets in the car). We thought that something might have punctured a tire. While refilling the tires at a gas station, a local sheriff suggested that we stop in here to see if they could assist us. After explaining we were traveling with pets, in the cold, they took care of us right away, They were very thorough checking each tire and found no punctures and that the pressure was most likely off due to the change in climate. The service and kindness from the staff was exceptional and beyond appreciated. Because of their diligent efforts we made it to our new home without any problems. I hope the owner knows that their staff is top notch and appreciates them as much as we do, Thank you!

Traveling on a long distance move, ran into transmission problems with pets! Midas doesnt do transmission issues, but told us where we needed to go. Everyone here was wonderful and super helpful during the stressful time. Highly recommend going here

I saw them be more compassionate than I’ve ever seen a garage be… An old woman come in to his garage while I was there she had trouble out of her tires saying they was low in her car and I believe a few of them was because Her sensors have went out… What the cost To order from the factory was just too much for her to pay right now with the holidays coming on…. So I watched this young mechanic Explain this a woman if she couldn’t afford To order them… She could just stop by anytime and he would check her air pressure. Make sure she’s safe….. Give me Hope vanity again

Had bad experience with other shop that led me to find somewhere else. Midas was a referral from a friend of mine I respect for automotive knowledge. Midas was clean, friendly, efficient and effective. Identified issue and resolved in same day. Cost was reasonable. My new “go-to” place. I will encourage others to consider. Very professional and learned it is a franchise, so owner is local. Means a lot.

I needed some exhaust service on my Jeep. They gave me an appointment for the next day and finished the job in the time stated. Very friendly service.

Our truck tire blew out on our trip to Kentucky, tire discounter is the only one that had the tire- once we got there they told us it would be 2-3 hours for them to put it on- and we are stranded with a child. When we called Midas and explained the situation they told us to come right over! So we bought the tire and Midas was able to get us in as soon we pulled up! So thankful for these guys! We were in and out in 15 minutes with the help of Adam!

Paul was outstanding on all levels. Very informative and understanding that I was traveling through. They installed a new transmission and I was on my way. A few months later the tranny failed and I stopped at another Midas and I showed them the paperwork and asked them to call Paul to assist if any issues should arise. Paul went out of his way to assist by phone to make the citation as comfortable as he could from States away. He earned my business and most importantly, a friend! Thanks, is a small word for the customer service, respect he has shown. Great that our paths have crossed!!

My husband and I were traveling from Georgia to Ohio and broke down. The guys at Midas took us immediately and handled our repair. They had us back on the road in about an hour. Thank you so so much. Highly recommend!!!!

Midas in Georgetown KY. I own an older 2004 truck. Its my daily driver. Its now at the age where things are breaking just because of age. All my issues (many issues) have been resolved in a timely manner. Sometimes even the same day depending on if the parts were on hand or needed to be ordered. The pricing is what I would expect and sometimes under what I thought it would be. They didn't pressure me into buying anything and I felt like I was apart of the decision making. Their lobby is good and clean. Plus, at this location there are a couple fast food places next door you can wait at as well. They also worked on my '93 Explorer and hasn't ran this good for a while. With their help, I expect to keep these vehicles going for a long time. They honor their warranties as well. The wife gets the new vehicles and once the warranty is up, they'll be getting another one to work on when the time comes. They also would throw me a discount as a veteran.

Had an appointment at 1 for a new tire. Also asked for an oil change while I was there. In and out within 30 minutes. They were super nice and informative. Thank you! ?

I purchased a 2010 Toyota. The brakes seemed softer than other vehicles I have driven, and I thought they might need to be replaced. This was my first experience with Midas. I was fully expecting to be told that I needed new everything. After test driving and inspecting everything, I was told my brake pads and rotors were in really good condition and that, for an older Toyota, it is normal for the brakes to be softer. I know that if I had gone elsewhere, I would have been told I needed to replace everything just to make money. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely be using Midas in the future.

Mr. Darren was amazing today. I came late due to my schedule and he was kind and supportive! People say a lot of things about how women are treated when they go to shops alone. Well, I was alone, right before he was going to close, and he was respectful, amazing, and didn't make me feel bad for the time of day. He was quick, professional, and made sure I was safe before leaving by changing both headlight bulbs. Thank you Mr. Darren and may you continually be blessed. I definitely will bring other work to you and tell others! You are awesome!

I went in 2 weeks ago with a mower tire to have a new inner tube put in. Fast service and reasonably priced.. same tire 2 weeks later was flat again.. Paul took upon himself to go to the shop and fix a leak in the tire and put in an valve stem and just inflate the tire... awesome job and didn't charge me for the repairs on the fix . What an awesome experience ?.. has my business from now on..

I brought my Equinox in because it would occasionally lose power to the gas pedal. Initially I was quoted 1.8k for a catalytic converter, 2 camshaft sensors and a " 4 cylinder tune up ". After doing a little research I decided to go with just the camshaft sensors, so I called Midas and gave them the go ahead for just that repair. Later in the day I received a totally different quote with a new " diagnosis", along with a new price tag of 2.6k. The issue went from the camshaft and catalytic converter to the timing chain. I still have the quotes and can provide them as proof. I also noticed they tried to slide in an oil change, antifreeze and other up charges. From check engine light off to check engine light on after service from here. My issues with my vehicle have only become worse since bringing it in. As a blue collar worker, I can barely get by in this economy and I feel scammed and cheated by this Midas. I'm unsure if other locations operate this way, but I will never be back and I'll tell everyone that'll listen to go elsewhere. Reply: My kind and courteous demeanor is part of how I was raised, I would've have been less pleasant if I knew your mechanics had made my issues worse. Unfortunately, I wouldn't discover this until leaving your Midas. My review stems from how shocked I was when I got in my car, which is now worse off than before, despite me being in the hole almost a grand. My car had minor issues prior due to it's age and mileage, but the issues have been exasperated since visiting your shop. That's the crux of the problem. We both know you made it worse, but I understand why you wouldn't want to admit that, so enjoy the easy money and God bless.

Had a vibrating noise under passenger side of car. Tech found a loose muffler hanger. A washer was placed under the nut to secure the bracket. Wasn't charged for service. I've always been pleased with the service that Midas has provided

Paul was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. He helped me through the whole process from inspection to repair and got me back on the road safely. Will be having all my work done here from here on out. Definitely recommend This Midas.

I had a frustrating experience at Midas Tires. The staff was friendly, but the service left a lot to be desired. I came in for new tires and an oil change, and they promised a complimentary vehicle inspection for my brakes and alignment. They only addressed the alignment, which they couldn’t even repair. The biggest issue was that they broke two of my tire sensors. When I returned to discuss this, they said I’d have to pay $100 each for new sensor, claiming it was probably just the batteries. This is absurd, especially since the sensors worked perfectly before I picked up my car. I spent well over $1000 and there was zero accountability. I won’t be back.

Redefining the Mechanical Repair Shop Wife was stuck at work; her jeep would not start; the starter would not cycle. Without being able to help and not being from Kentucky we had no friends to turn to. After Calling Paul at Midas, it was like having a friend in town, he coordinated a tow and even made sure my wife made it home safely. They took care of the vehicle and managed to determine it was a bad starter. They took care of it and while doing exit checks, found a couple issues, and offered their expertise in what needs to be handled and what is not an urgent concern. They sent over quite a few pictures as well as videos showing the stated concerns. They took care of us, above and beyond what a mechanic shop is typically thought of. Paul and his team made us feel like family, just not sure if we should invite them over for the holidays. Thanks Again.

5 stars just isn't enough. Brought my car in for an inner tie rod end. Paul had my car fixed in no time. Tie rod end alignment and checked my tire balance and I was back on the road in no time. Way to go Paul. I'll be coming back to midas from now on. Sincerely one happy customer.

Fair pricing and excellent service. I had a wonderful experience at Midas! Paul talked me through the estimated costs of my timing belt change, he was honest and direct on everything. He said it may not need to be done but then I pushed that I have 220,000 miles on my car and will have extensive traveling this summer. So after the evaluation of when it needed to be changed we decided it was time. They didn’t push any other services on me, not during the fixes nor after. I called around and did price checks. It was $1069 for kits and labor out the door at Midas for my mini van. The same exact job for labor and same kit was estimated at Firestone to cost $2885! I have never left Firestone without them telling me 5 other things I need to do to my car. Paul was fantastic… warm, kind, to the point. He let me know if there were any troubles they would call me before doing anything, but it was smooth sailing. I was able to schedule when the appointment could be an in and out in one day experience and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend them!

Took my modified Corvette Z06 here to have some minor exhaust work done. Basically removing the stock exhaust tips and welding on larger custom powder coated exhaust tips. They did an excellent job handling my car and performing the work! They cleanly removed the stock tips and welded on the new tips perfectly aligned and straight!! Better than stock! Great guys and very accommodating! Owner is a car guy himself and seems so is all his staff!! Great place for regular maintenance up to custom work!!!
