We broke down on BG parkway with a flat tire. Me and two teenagers. They got to us promptly and even helped us find someone to repair my tires after hours! Excellent service!
cheapest tow i could get a hold of in my area, i had places saying $200 for about a 15-20 mile tow. only cost me about $140 here! were here within an hour and very sweet, nice, speedy people!!! appreciate them greatly for their help!!!! 100% recommend them!

I had never used a towing service before, but now that I have, I am glad it was this one. He was very kind and patient with me, he moved my car safely, and the price was good too. He worked with me to make sure that we were both taken care of. If I ever need another tow, this is who I will use.
I had to have my vehicle towed twice and each time Joey was the one that did it he is one of the nicest person I’ve met in a long time especially with the type of job that he has to do he is very professional, patient and very kind I know he can’t be everywhere at once but if you ever need towing call Joey.
My car stalled in a remote area off a parkway. Initially, I tried to work with my insurance towing service with no luck. Googled reviews and called Coulter’s Towing Joey gave me his timeline but assured me he would be there. He was ahead of schedule and towed my vehicle along with me 110 miles. Had a great experience today. Called USAA to get a tire change after we found a screw in my truck tire. They got here to the campground in under the time quoted. Definitely recommend them.
The best experience possible when dealing with an inconvenient flat tire. He not only changed my tire but let me follow him to air up another tire that looked low. Very nice and I'll definitely use them again if I ever need any service they offer!!
Great! Couldn't ask for better service. As soon as I called they were there in no time. Matt was very helpful and kind to my son, a good people person. He had my tire fixed in minutes and even gave my son a toy. Just want to say thank you for your help Matt I would recommend him to anyone
Love them wouldn't use anyone else always kind and never have a long wait if they tell you 20 minutes they are there and always careful doing their job and making sure it's done right. I would say they are the best around ..

If it gave me the choice of no stars that's exactly what I would rate. I waited 4 hours for someone to come and unlock my car, when the guys got here there was two of them they couldn't even get my vehicle unlocked. They are charging my insurance for a service THEY COULD NOT COMPLETE. The gentleman stated he didn't have the proper equipment and that he couldn't get into my car as they continued to wedge on my door. Now I wait until morning to get my vehicle unlocked as it is so late in the evening. Very UNSATISFIED with the providers that was sent out to me tonight.
I have used this company a few times and I have to say the dispatcher was nice but the driver was not he had a smart mouth on him I will look elsewhere next time.
AAA sent my call to them. They told me 30-45 minutes. I called them back after 1 1/2 hrs. They rerouted a driver to another call. Said it would be 30 more minutes until the 2nd driver showed. At the 30 minute mark they called again and said a 2nd driver was rerouted and the 3rd would be there in 45. This is after working 3rd and waiting 2hrs at that point. I canceled and called one from shepherdsville. They were here in 30 minutes
The driver that helped me was one of the best I've met. He showed up within 30 minutes of calling and had my car loaded and on the road FAST.
They were $30 cheaper than Ellis's on top of it all.
Would definitely recommend these guys. Professional, courteous, and cheaper than others.
This is one of the Most Professional and Congenial towing service I have ever been associated with. Highly recommended by the Local Sheriff here in Bardstown. I can not say enough the blessing this company provided. Made a bad day much better. They earned my respect and business.
Had an encounter with guardrail on Bluegrass Parkway after either blowout or tie rod failure. My car was filled with cases of marbles, plants, coolers, and other items from two weeks of traveling. Coulter’s Took my car and self to rental car agency, unloaded items into new vehicle, and ensured I was set and car was emptied before continuing to Bardstown!
My heartfelt thanks to Coulter's Towing and especially to Joey who towed my wife's vehicle from Bardstown, Kentucky to Bowling Green. He also got my wife to our home in Bowling Green. If I had been with my 70 year old wife, it might not have been such a big thing, but she was traveling alone. The engine developed severe issues on the interstate ten miles outside of Bardstown. She managed to get in to the Cracker Barrel there at dusk. Coachnet arranged to have her picked up there, and transported to Bowling Green at 10:00 PM. She was made comfortable and safe. Late at night at the dealership, Joey solved another problem and got her safely to our home. I trusted my wife to Joey's care, and he came through wonderfully. Thank you.
My vehicle broke down. I needed to have it towed. The repair shop recommended Coulter's and I'm glad they did. They were professional, affordable and made it easy to get my vehicle repaired. Would very much recommend in the future and will use again if necessary.
