Great outdoor venue! The only suggestion I would make is some ceiling fans in the shelters to provide a breeze!

MYPATH at Terrapin Hill Farm was far more than anything I had hoped for... and more! The land itself feels sacred, and the retreat was so intentional—yoga, music, workshops, and community all flowing together in the most natural way. I left feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply connected. They’re truly doing what they’re meant to do here.

Great venue for weddings and events. Private and surrounded by nature. Good infrastructure to accommodate a thousand people for multi day events.

We came for a friend's wedding and LOVE this place! It's a beautiful farm in the middle of KY, gorgeous views, wonderful and helpful owners and an amazing playground for any event! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend

If I may make two recommendations: Remedy the water pressure in the potty barn to prevent toilet clogs (we serviced the clogs over the duration of Playthink several times a day) and level out the road that leads into the property (creates some congestion during the busier hours and is tough on smaller vehicles). Outside of those points of concern the grounds are great for weddings and hold a lot of potential for future festivals - by investing in these fixes I see Terrapin Hill only growing in demand.

My wedding at Terrapin Hill Farm was an absolute dream come true! We opted for a festival-style weekend celebration, and from start to finish, it was pure magic. First off, the setting itself is breathtaking. The ceremony at the top of the hill was simply unforgettable, and the views were spectacular, giving our event its name, "Hitched on the Hill." One of the standout features of Terrapin Hill Farm is the genuine care and support provided by the owners, Pete and Brenda. From the moment we booked, they treated us like family, ensuring that every detail was taken care of seamlessly. Their warmth and dedication truly made all the difference. The accommodations were fantastic, with options for both camping and staying in the farmhouse or cabins. Our guests loved the cozy farmhouse with its full kitchen and ample space. Plus, having everyone stay on-site added to the sense of community and fun. Pete's creativity truly shone when it came to our ceremony. Instead of a traditional arch, he helped us create a breathtaking area for our fire heart, symbolizing the merging of our lives. It was a moment we'll cherish forever. The entertainment was top-notch, with an early evening band and a late-night DJ keeping the party going. We brought in a food truck for easy dining, and our decision to have a s'mores bar instead of a traditional cake was a huge hit. And let's talk about that bonfire! A massive blaze built from a hollowed-out tree burned well into the early hours, providing the perfect backdrop for late-night conversations and laughter. Throughout the entire planning process, communication with the venue was a breeze. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed, thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. Booking Terrapin Hill Farm for our wedding was hands down the best decision I ever made. It's a place filled with love, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Pete and Brenda, for making our special day truly magical.

Camping was a must! We enjoyed all of the trails and saw many stars. I recommend going alone or with groups of people. Campsites are easy to pick and there are areas for a fire. You got to see small bodies of water and a few critters and animals.

Beautiful venue for a wedding, great structures to use, and high quality guidance.

Went here for Play Think Fest with my toddler! The grounds are amazing, I bought my first paddle board here and got to enjoy their lake and fountain! People were so kind, I'd definitely come back. Only complaint is a of the silks and fan volunteer instructors refused to work with my toddler because they were "busy with other kids" which I thought was absolutely rude because she was so excited to try and they wouldn't let her even try.

I absolutely LOVE Terrapin Hill Farms.. Brenda and Pete are super down to earth and friendly. The land they have cultivated there is beyond exceptional... Spiritual for sure.

Had an amazing time here at the MyPath yoga festival. Gorgeous grounds, pavilions, clean bathrooms and primitive showers. Pete and Brenda are super sweet owners. Magical place!

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I attended a wedding in 2021 and it was absolutely perfect. Magical! I’ll never forget it. Go camping out here! Or have your event. You won’t be disappointed it’s absolutely gorgeous. Really Kentucky at its best.

Where to begin? Our October wedding at Terrapin Hill Farm was PERFECT! It turned out better than I ever could have imagined. First of all, the landscape is gorgeous! It is rustic and serene. We chose the top of the hill as our ceremony sight and the breeze and sunshine, mixed with the view of the surrounding hills in the background, and the rustic wooden arch/teepee covered in flowers, made it all a dream to look at! Pete and Brenda are so relaxed and such lovely people who really strive to make sure you have an amazing day! Pete will even drive you (the bride) up to your ceremony in his old cadillac to make a grand entrance if you want. One of my favorite parts of the day was sitting in the cadillac with him on our way to the hill, and just talking about life and family. He was so kind and really helped calm my nerves! He also set up a bunch of lights and firewood and a mattress in the teepee on the property for our wedding night. They also have lots of decor that fits with the venue on hand that you can use that really looks good in that setting! We came up with most of our decor the morning of, using a lot of what they had, and everything turned out beautiful. We were able to have everything we wanted, from the huge bonfire and s’mores table, to a whole hog roast and mariachi band at the end of the night. Everything was perfect! I 100% recommend this venue to anyone who is a free spirit, who wants a relaxed place to celebrate with family and friends, while still having a gorgeous venue with everything you’d want!

Excellent hospitality. Beautiful land. Went for the tipi camping because that was new to me. Will be back in the spring.

DEFINITELY 5 STARS!! Came down from Ohio for my best friends wedding (she's also from Ohio) and it was truly the most beautiful amazing wedding I've ever been to or in. It's a great venue. The hook up for campers is an awesome feature. Friends and family from all over were able to all come.in and spend the weekend celebrating a special day. Wish I had more pictures but I left most of that to the photographer.

If you are bride and you are planning a wedding that is not the classic Kentucky Barn Wedding and you want something a bit different, BOOK. THIS. VENUE. Seriously. I was not even the "client" and the owners took such good care of us while we were photographing!! I could not imagine how good they would treat a bride + their guests. There are so many options on ceremony locations and this place is HUGE. Not to mention, the getting ready space is amazing with lots of space to spread out and lots of natural light. Seriously, Terrapin is awesome.

Terrapin is the most beautiful and magical place! The festivals have great music, amazing people, and good security making sure people don't get out of hand. Love, love, love Terrapin!

It was the GREATEST!! Most of the music was wonderful (OK, I prefer Bluegrass!), and the people were friendly. The owners were always around. There was only one negative which I won't state here because it's already been posted everywhere. That wasn't anything that Terrapin was responsible for. I can't wait until I can go back!

We were lucky enough to share our wedding weekend this past summer solstice on the farm. Everything was absolutely perfect. Pete and Brenda know how to amplify love and experience on the 420 acres that is Terrapin Hill Farm. It's a magical place owned by even more magical people. 10 and a 10 all day everyday.

Magical location in the hills of Kentucky. The stages are beautifully made and the views breathtaking. There is a small pond/lake with a dock. Lots of room for field camping. I especially enjoyed the fireflies twinkling along the treeline. I attended Playthink here and it gave the festival lots of room to grow. I'm looking forward to attending other events.

The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Talked to the owner of the property for a little bit. They do events year round, weddings, and concerts. They were extremely helpful and all around good people. Plenty of space to camp out with tents, a couple of cottages with power for a lucky few and the main house was open to us for the event we were there for. If you have the chance to go for one of their events or concerts or even a friend wants to get married out there. Strongly suggest going. You'll enjoy it.
